Teachings of the Holy Infallibles are to be followed to bring the Islamic World to the heights of excellence

The pious character of the Holy Prophet and his Holy Progeny (pbut) is a role model for the whole of humanity – Address of the speakers in the beginning of the week of Azmat e Mohammad  O Aal e Mohammad  

RAWALPINDI, April 13: Programmes in connection with “Hafta e Azmat e Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad (pbut)” have started throughout the country as announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. On this occasion, in mosques throughout Pakistan,  the day was started with the recitation of the Holy Quran after fajr prayers.

In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, programmes of Mahafil were organized under the auspices of different religious organisations and committees of TNFJ’s “Hafta e Azmat e Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad (pbut)”. Ulema O Zakireen and Khutba O Waizeen while addressing the Mahafil extolled the pious character of the Holy Prophet and his holy progeny (pbut) as a beacon of light and a role model for the whole of humanity.

Anjuman e Kaneezan e Imam ul Asr Wal Zaman (pbuh) held a mehfil at Shoab e Abi Talib (pbuh). Umda tul Hafaz Syeda Bint e Moosa Moosavi started the mehfil with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Khateeba Aal e Nabi Syeda Bint e Ali Moosavi while addressing the majlis said that nations remember their heroes since there are lessons in the great accomplishments of these heroes for every generation. She said that it is clear as day that amongst Godly people, the Holy Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) is prominent as everyone, friend and foe, agree and bear witness to his honesty and trustworthyness. She said that the meaning of Sidq is speaking of truth and fulfilling ones promise while the meaning of Ameen is not to breach any type of trust. She said that no one is truer than Allah and that is why, from Hazrat Adam to Hazrat Mohammad, all prophets have this characteristic in most superlative form on which the Holy Quran and other scriptures stand witness. She said that Quran is the most definitive book in which there is no doubt or falsity. She said that the Holy Quran separates the truth from falsehood as mentioned in it, “Zalik al Katabo la raiba feh”. She said that the Holy Quran is a light and guidance, dignity and honour, knowledge and wisdom, nearness to Almighty Allah and for the spirit and moral values, it is a message of peace and harmony whose claim is that even if all Jinns and humans try, they cannot produce anything  like the Quran. This is why the Prophet of Islam, in his last days, said ‘I am leaving two honourable things, the Holy Quran and my holy Progeny (pbut) for you to follow them as they will not be separated and will guide you on the right path’.

A Mehfil was organized by the TNFJ Rawalpindi regional council on the topic of “Azmat e Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad (pbut)”. Allama Abu al Hassan Taqi while addressing the mehfil said that Almighty Allah has honoured humans with the status of the best of his creation and taken them to the pinnacle of life. He has given them the instinct of searching for excellence and this objective can only be accomplished, when humans bring themselves out of the depths of darkness, ignorance, barbarism, brutality, injustice and violence and into the level of knowledge and wisdom. In order to achieve good tiding and the best of both worlds, people should start differentiating between good and evil, justice and barbarism and through good deeds create a healthy environment for society. He said that Almighty Allah has established some rules and boundaries for humans which are appropriate according to His wisdom and for the love of his creatures. He said that regulations and laws made for humans are His statutes and constitution, for the enforcement of which, the Prophets and Messengers (pbut) were sent down.

Under the auspices of Hayeat Tulbae Islamia a mehfil was organized. Allama Waqar Hussain Al Qumi said that the Holy Prophet Mohammad (pbuh & hhp) is the most prominent of all Prophets and Messengers (pbut). Syed Ali Zaib Kazmi, Mohsin Balali and Hussain Salman also addressed the gathering.
