Fasting provides source of renewal to human soul; Following Hussainiat is the key to success. Address of Allama Qamar Zaidi and Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussain RAWALPINDI, August 8: Information secretary of TNFJ Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that fasting provides freshness and health to the soul and provides an opportunity to act upon the orders of Almighty Allah. This was stated by him while addressing a special gathering held on the topic of “Fazilat e Mah e Sayam”. He said that where fasting teaches humans to stay away from wrong doings, at the same time it motivates to carry good deeds - that is why one spends one’s most of time in day and night praying to Almighty Allah. He said that Ramadan is a source of keeping oneself away from forbidden things and getting the blessings and bounties of God. He said that the holy family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) teaches a unique way of following God Almighty and by following their teachings we can be successful in this world and the world hereafter. He said that those who spend their lives in love of the Holy Prophet and his holy progeny (pbut) never die the death of ignorance and, according to the good tidings from the Holy Prophet (pbuh), they die as martyrs. He emphasized on a fact that this world is for few days and everything has to end but Willa e Ali (pbuh) and Aza e Hussain are two great realities which are forever and if we end up our lives while upholding these two weighty things then it is a great privilege in this world and a source of salvation in the world hereafter. He said that the children of Ali and Batool (pbut) accepted giving up their lives for Monotheism, Prophethood and Walayat in the desert of Karbala but did not allow humanity to suffer. He said that the only way of getting humanity out of the problems is to follow Hussainiat. On this occasion special prayers were made for the martyrs of the religion and the motherland and those followers of the Holy Prophet and his Holy Progeny (pbut) who have departed from this world. While addressing the majlis e Tarheem of renowned azadar Ahmed Raza Zaidi in Ali Masjid Satellite Town, Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussain Mudaris said that every human who respects human values is Hussaini and Hussainiat is the real religion and Sharia because of which humanity is flourishing. Imam Hussain (pbuh) accepted sacrificing his life but did not bow down to oppression. He said that without accepting the leadership of Imam Hussain (pbuh) it is impossible to stand against dictatorship and colonialism; that is why every conscious person respects Imam Hussain (pbuh) from depth of his heart. The month of Ramadan is to train oneself and its main aim is to guide human towards uplifting of body, soul and mind. Piety also means the same - one should refrain from what is disliked by Almighty Allah and should follow which are liked by Him. |
