RAWALPINDI, January 29: The programs of Hafta e Mustafa (pbuh & hhp) o Mujtaba (pbuh) – announced by Quaid e Millat e Jaffariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi, in connection with the martyrdom of Imam Hassan Al Mujtaba (pbuh) and death anniversary of Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh & hhp)- were commenced on Friday.  Mourning processions and mourning gatherings were held throughout the world.  These processions and gatherings were organized by various religious and mourning organizations in twin cities Rawalpindi Islamabad Pakistan. 

Mohtarma Najia Najaf Turabi - while addressing a ladies program organised by Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam, Umulbanin WF, Girls Guide and Sakina Generation at Jamea Tul Murtaza G 9/4 Islamabad- said that Imam Hussain (pbuh) is the point of unity for the whole universe and the way of Imam Hussain (pbuh) is the key to success in this world and after. 

She said that Prophets of ALLAH and Masoomin (pbut) take pride in the character of Imam Hussain (pbuh) because there is no other instance of sacrificing so many loved ones in the name of ALLAH in one day in order to protect the religion of Islam.  She further said that Sulh e Hudaibia became the basis to conquer Makkah, while Sulh e Imam Hassan (pbuh) was the basis to conquer Karbala.  She said, to end the distress and divisions amongst Muslims, in today’s world, it is imperative to practically follow the character of Holy Family of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh & hhp).  Doctor Khanum Zahra Gul and Anjum Nighat also addressed the gathering.  Matam Dari was carried out to conclude the Program.

Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi, while addressing the annual mourning gathering at Takiya Sain Inayat Hussain Jafri Rawalpindi, said that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) introduced peace and highest of humanity to the dark, lawless and inhumane world.  He said that Islam is the religion of peace and it neither oppresses nor supports the oppressor. 

He stressed that Imam Hassan Al Mujtaba (pbuh) did a great favour to Muslim world by following the footsteps of his grandfather Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and saved the Muslims from the evil of war by making the truce of Madina, therefore, it is a must to follow the holy character of Imam Hassan Al Mujtaba (pbuh) to put an end to the current terrorism.  Maulana Malik Ijlal Haider Al Haidry, Allama Syed Waqar Hussain Naqvi, Zakir Mujtaba Mubarik and other speakers also addressed the gathering.  Matamdari was carried out to conclude the Program. 

Majlis e Aza was observed at main Imambargah e Qadeem Rawalpindi, Allama Nasir Abbas Multan addressed the gathering.  Mourning procession was carried out afterwards, which concluded at the Imambargah e Qadeem.

Another gathering was organised by Sons of Agha Jafar Zaidi (late) at Imam Bargah Zainulabideen (pbuh). Mualana Manazir Hussain and others speakers addressed the gathering. Matamdari was carried out by mominin and various mourning Sangat, to conclude the Program.
