Gory murder of president award holder Boxer Syed Ibrar Hussain Shah is a heinous crime committed by the enemies of Pakistan – Hamid Moosavi Implementation of the Parliament resolution must be ensured; the government should ask America to stop drone attacks forthwith; Chief Justice of Pakistan should take notice of terrorism; In Pakistan there has never been any dispute of sectarianism; the government and political parties should devise a consented agenda for the prevention of terrorism – Response of Quaid e Millat RAWALPINDI, June 18: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi condemned target killing of president award holder Boxer Syed Ibrar Hussain Shah in Quetta and termed it a heinous crime committed by the enemies of Pakistan. In a Statement issued from the Headquarters of Maktab e Tasheyyo, Aqae Moosavi demanded from the government to bring to justice all the killers of our countrymen including the national hero Syed Ibrar and to overcome terrorism, and that all political parties should devise a consented agenda. In this regard, the law of prevention of terrorism must be implemented forthwith and 26 banned terrorist groups should be restrained in the strongest possible way. He said that all inhabitant of Pakistan should be vigilant and take care of themselves. Aqae Moosavi said that everybody should be clear in their minds that in Pakistan there is not now, nor has there ever been, any dispute of sectarianism; it is in fact a heinous conspiracy hatched by our arch enemy who is, by creating differences and disorder, trying to weaken the foundation of the Islamic Fort, Pakistan and therefore every body should be patient instead of being agitated. He said that protest is a basic public right but due to the current affairs of the country, calls of sit-ins and strikes will only benefit the enemy. He said that we condemn oppression and terrorism on all oppressed classes whether they are Pakistan Armed Forces, labourers, journalists, educationalist, players, religious scholars or ordinary people. He said that the constitution of Pakistan demands from us to make sure the provisions of respect and dignity for all those residing in the country - Muslim and non Muslim alike. He said that Islam does not allow disrespect towards any one. He said that politicians should refrain from the policy of division and pinning down each other because this is a Zionist agenda. Therefore everyone should give priority to the interest of Pakistan and human dignity over everything else while learning a lesson from the tragedy of the bisection of Pakistan. The Quaid Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi asked the powers to be and politicians to stop blaming each other and instead propagate a spirit of mutual respect for the integrity and strength of the motherland. He demanded from the government to ask America to stop drone attacks in the Northern areas of the country forthwith, make sure the implementation of the resolutions are passed by parliament, and that a high level commission is set up in order to investigate the worst tragedies of terrorism from the Zia era to date as well as the continuous target killings in Quetta and Karachi. Chief Justice of Pakistan should also form a high level commission in order to liberate the nation from the cancer of terrorism. Aqae Moosavi expressed his sympathy with the families of those who became target of terrorism. |
