To free humanity from oppression and barbarity the pious character of Imam Ali Al Raza (pbuh) must be followed Public victim of terrorism, power cuts off and inflation do not care for the rulers and politicians who are busy in ridiculing each other The Chief Justice should take notice of the grave situation in Baluchistan – Address of Ulema in the beginning of days of grief RAWALPINDI, October 21: The programs of Ayyam e Aza announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosvi in connection with the martyrdom of Imam Ali Ibn Moosa Raza (pbuh) commenced on Thursday. On this occasion mourning ceremonies were carried out in various cities and towns of Pakistan concluding with Matamdari. In Rawalpindi a mourning gathering was organised by Al Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chohan, the convener of district Ayyam e Aza committee at Imam Bargah Zainul Abideen. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while addressing the participants said that the true love and respect of Ahl e Bait (pbut) demands from us to follow and protect the teachings and footsteps of these holy personalities which were laid on the foundation of their holy blood and should not spare any sacrifice for this purpose. Qamar Zaidi stressed that in current times the only way - to rid the humanity of the evils and oppression - is to practically follow the holy character of Imam Raza (pbuh). He said that the whole world is threatened by terrorism and none of the cities of Pakistan are safe anymore. He said that it is not a time to fight or ridicule each other rather the politicians must show solidarity in order to save Pakistan from this dangerous situation and to cope with the conspiracies of the colonial powers. He said that in order to get rid of terrorism the government of Pakistan should practically take steps against terrorist elements instead of seeking help from those who support such groups, and media should also abstain from giving coverage to them. Maulana Shahzad Hussain Sanadi while addressing a gathering at Ali Hall – organised by Haiyat e Talba e Islamia – said that the holy personalities of the great family of Prophet Muhammad (pbut) not only saved the glory of Islam by their character and actions but also showed the humanity by sacrificing their holy lives that martyrdom in the path of Allah and Islam is great honour. He said that according to Imam Ali (pbuh) the Ahl e Bait (pbut) are the centre point and we should respect them without any division of cast and creed and get successful in this world and hereafter by following their footsteps. He stressed that the sole reason behind the current situation in Pakistan is the monitory aid from various Islamic countries to certain religious groups and the government should ban all such terrorist groups and aid and must follow and implement the Anti Terrorism Act to the letter and spirit. Khateeba e Aal e Nabi (pbuh) Syeda Bint e Ali Moosvi while addressing a mourning gathering at Shoab e Abi Talib (pbuh) in connection with Ayyam e Aza said that Imam e Zamin Imam Ali Raza (pbuh) spent His life while preaching and teaching the message of Allah and by guiding the humanity to the right path. Imam Raza (pbuh) faced the tyrants and dictators with great honour and sacrificed His life in order to save the true message of Islam. Allama Syed Kalb e Abbas Naqvi, Qazi Mazhar Hussain Karbalai and Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari addressed a gathering at Qasr e Abu Talib (pbuh) Mughal Abad. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddisi, Allama Syed Hassan Askari Naqvi al Mashhaddi, Allama Syed Ikhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Allama Fakhar Abbas Abdi and Allama Syed Matloob Hussain Taqi addressed the gatherings in connection with Ayyam e Aza at Imambargah Qasr e Khadija tul Kubra Tarlai Kalan, Masjid e Ehl e Bait Wah Cantt., Masjid o Imambargah Jafriyya I/9 Islamabad, Qasr e Imam Moosa Kazim (pbuh) I/10 Islamabad, Masjid e Ahl e Bait (pbut) Wah Cantt., Masjid o Imambargah Dhalyala and Jamea Masjid Darbar Sakhi Shah Piyara Chohr Harpal. During the gatherings concerns were expressed over the current political situation of Pakistan. A resolution was adopted to demand the government to focus on the real issues of the masses such as terrorism, joblessness, load shedding and other social issues. It was made clear in the resolution that the political powers should work for the national interests instead of fighting over their personal and party interests and the Chief Justice of Pakistan was appealed to take notice of the grave situation in Baluchistan |
