As per the announcement of TNFJ, Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad PBUH has started from today; Majalis e Aza and mourning processions will be held across the country. Arrangements have been finalized.

RAWALPINDI, September 14: In connection with the martyrdom anniversary of the sixth holy Imam, Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq PBUH, Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad starting from Wednesday. On this occasion, Quran Khuwani and Majalis e Aza will be held in the mosques and Imambargahs of the whole country while mourning processions will also be brought out. In order to analyze the arrangements of the programs, a meeting of the central committee of TNFJ was held which was presided by the secretary of the committee Asad ul Hussain Jafree.

While addressing to the meeting, Asad al Hussain Jafree said that from 15^th to 25^th Shawal, programs of Majalis e Aza, conferences will be organized while mourning processions of Taboot will be brought out. He reminded that the sixth representative of the holy Prophet PBUH, and son of Hazrat Ali PBUH o Batool PBUH, Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq’s martyrdom occurred during the era of Caliph Mansoor. That was the era of riots and anarchy, bloodshed was the order of the day while there was no respect for religion and Shariat. Justice and fair play was replaced by the law of the Jungle. People were facing aggression while followers of the holy Prophet PBUH and Hazrat Ali PBUH were faced with oppression, subjugation, and poverty. During this period, disrespecting the heroes and leaders of the religion had become a common practice.  Asad ul Hasani said that even in those conditions, Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq PBUH remained busy in preaching for the true ideologies of religion along with the pious character and teachings of the holy Prophet PBUH and Hazrat Ali PBUH. Asad ul Hussain said that the pious character of the holy Imam Jafar e Sadiq PBUH was an open condemnation of the oppressors and therefore, the residence of the holy Imam was attacked many times, while the holy Imam also faced exile. Finally, during Shawal 148 AH, Imam Jafar e Sadiq PBUH was martyred through poison, but no oppression or brutalism could deviate our holy Imam PBUH from the righteous path.

Meanwhile, Majalis e Aza on the occasion of Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad PBUH will also be held in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A majlis e Aza under the auspices of the central convener Allama Sadiqee will be held at Masjid e Jafariya, I-9, Islamabad which will be addressed by Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Allama Bisharat Hussain Imami, and other scholars and Ulama o Zakireen, after the Majlis e Aza, a procession of Taboot e Imam Jafar e Sadiq PBUH will also be brought out.
