RAWALPINDI, August 13: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Holy Quran is the supreme source of Sharia of Muhammad and guidance for the world of humanity. He stated this in his address on the occasion of Jashan Nazool-e-Quran at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tasheyo. He said the rulers and the politicians contradicted the Quranic commandments and used it to prolong and grab power thus befooling the people in the name of the Holy Quran as a result of which the country is confronted with one problem or the other. He said the Holy Quran played a great role in purifying heart and mind, training of seerat and character and purifying human souls in every era. He said had we followed Quran and Hamil-e-Quran Khatmi Martabat (PBUH & HHP), and the seerat of the defenders and the spokespersons of Quran, the Ahle Bait (PBUT) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (RA) then the colonial powers and their agents would not have been interfering in our countries, Masalik would not have separated, no one would have occupied our areas and there would not have been any bloodshed.

Agha Moosavi said love for the motherland is the part of our faith and Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam which is a great blessing for us and the Nazria-e-Asaasi of which is peace and it preaches tranquillity. He said if the country exist so do we. He said the ‘do more’ demand is being made by chief of the colonial powers for quite long and they are also following the policy of not entertaining our point of view. In following their desires, our rulers have caused tremendous loss to the country, we have so far presented more than 35,000 lives in our fight against terrorism. He said the former prime minister summoned two All Parties Conferences and got some resolutions adopted by the National Assembly also but chief of the colonial powers did not give weight to the same and instead attacked Salalah check-post causing heavy loss of lives.

The TNFJ chief termed the ban on the NATO supply a face-saving effort which they later openly allowed them to continue their supplies and despite that Drone attacks, bomb blasts, suicide attacks and target killings are still continuing. He lamented that not a single day passes without any incident of murder and arson in Karachi and Quetta and the rulers also accept that the foreign hands are involved in incidents of terrorism. He said now the government is ready to carry out operation in North Waziristan that is tantamount to inviting trouble. He said our rulers should learn a lesson from past mistakes and should take up the issue of operation in Waziristan to the Senate and the National Assembly for a consensus decision. He called upon the government to save Pakistan instead of their rule, they should save the Islamic State even if they have to sacrifice their government. He said the life of the people has been made difficult by the real issues like load-shedding, price hike and unemployment, satanic elements have penetrated our society in the shape of westernization, we are surrounded by the enemy from all around and in such a situation carrying out operation keeping the international agenda in view is tantamount to causing harm to the Islamic agenda.

Agha Moosavi said the Holy Quran stated its Fazail in its own words that no doubt, The Holy Quran is the Book of great dignity, wisdom, health, blessings and elderliness and clarifies the Quran-e-Mubeen in detail. He said biggest of all Quran identifies the difference between the righteousness and evil. He quoted a Hadees that goes that one who learnt and preached Quran is the best amongst you. The Holy Quran, he said, was sent in Ramazanul Mubarik on which Surah Baqarah, Surah Dukhaan and Surah Al-Qadar stand witness. He said the Holy Quran enjoys supremacy over all other books as Allah enjoys supremacy over the whole universe. Neither any changes were made in it in the past nor there would be any in future as Allah Himself has taken the responsibility of its protection.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said today the cause of problems and difficulties being faced by Muslims is their keeping a distance from the Holy Quran and Ahle Bait (PBUT) about which the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) had stated in Hadees-e-Saqlain that goes: I am leaving two invaluable things amongst you The Holy Quran and my Ahle Bait (PBUT), keep yourself attached to them so you would not be misled and these two would not separate from each other unless they reach to me at Hoz-e-Kausar. He said that in this pious month we should resolve to follow the path of the Holy Quran, the Ahle Bait (PBUT) and pious companions (RA)and will promote unity and brotherhood, would not cut the throat of one another and would become a concrete wall against our combined enemy through practical display of brotherhood.
