Westernization is just a fraud and illusion of the senses; the real freedom of women lies in the teachings of Islam - Syeda Bintul Huda

Every woman should forever take pride in the respectful and pious position which the Chief and Prophet of All times Hazrat Muhammad e Mustafa (PBUH) gave to his daughter; the Quranic teachings are universal; the blasphemy to the Holy Quran by NATO is also an insult to Jesus Christ, Pious Mary and all the prophets and apostles (PBUT) - address of Syeda to the assembly of Dars e Quran 

RAWALPINDI, March 11: Westernization is just a fraud and an illusion; only Islam has granted dignity and honor to women. The real freedom of women is hidden in the propagation and practice of the Islamic teachings. These thoughts were expressed by international renowned scholar and writer Mohtarma Syeda Bintul Huda while addressing to a Dars e Quran (Message of Quran) arranged by Ajnuman e Dukhtaran e Islam, UWF, Sakina Generation and Girls Guide Rawalpindi region. She asserted that before Islam women were considered as an ominous sign and the cause of all evil, it was very common to bury the female children alive. In such a grave environment the benefactor of all humanity and the seal of prophets, Hazrat Muhammad e Mustafa (PBUH & HHP), took humanity out of the darkness of ignorance and barbarity and at the same time introduced humanity to the real status and dignity of womenfolk. The honor and dignity given by Hazrat Muhammad e Mustafa (PBUH & HHP) to his own daughter, in such a society where women was considered as disgrace, is an example that women should forever be proud of. He (PBUH & HHP) would stand in respect of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) and would give his own seat to her to sit. It is written in all the books of traditions that the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH & HHP) has said the one who would torture Fatima (PBUH) would actually torture me.  

Syeda Bintul Huda said that today the freedom from ethics and religious values is being called liberty and freedom of womenfolk but in reality it is disgrace and revival of the period of ignorance. She said that the solution of all the problems including those related to women, exist in the Holy Quran but the entire Muslim nation has gone away from this supreme antidote. While highlighting the supremacy of the Holy Quran she said that this divine book, the Holy Quran, is the supreme source of the Sharia of Mohammed (PBUH & HHP) and a great source of guidance and wisdom for all humanity. It will survive till the day of resurrection and no one can make attempt to mend it or end it because Allah Himself takes the responsibility of its preservation. The divine book changed the entire course of humanity, brought a new revolution and created a new world. She said that in accordance with Hadith e Thaqalain the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad e Mustafa (PBUH & HHP) has given the good tidings about the Holy Quran and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) and declared the Holy Quran as the supreme miracle and a challenge to all humanity that if they are true in their claim then bring it forward.  

While highly condemning the devilish act of NATO forces in burning the copies of the Holy Quran, she said that by doing such a shameful act imperialistic powers also disgraced the message of Jesus Christ, Pious Mary and all the prophets and apostles (PBUT). She made it clear that the Holy Quran is not revealed for any particular nation or tribe or for any specific time but the way Almighty Allah is the Cherisher of all humanity and the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH & HHP) is a mercy and blessing, the same ways the teachings of the Holy Quran are universal and for all mankind. She said that it does not matter how much the infidel strive to destroy the teachings of the Holy Quran, it’s the promise of Almighty Allah claimed in the Holy Quran through the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) to “tell them that even if all the Jinns and human beings collectively strive to bring any scripture identical to the Holy Quran, they will never be able to do so”.  

Aapa Syeda Hussain and Syeda Khizraan Moosavi also addressed the assembly of Dars e Quran. On this occasion, supplications were made for the salvations of late Momineen o Mominaat.
