Giving free hands to the culprits behind the attack on the shrine of Sakhi Mahmmod Badshah and causing insult to the Prophethood is a matter of grave grief – Tanzeem Shia Aiema Masajid

Registering a murder case of the person who got killed as a result of exchange of fire between police and the mob who attacked the Abpara Police station, against the committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazrat is an open act of aggression; we have put our case in the court of Almighty Allah; a wish that someone may bring these enemies of the religion and the motherland to justice – Address of Hujjat ul Islam Syed Hussain Kazmi

ISLAMABAD, May 19: The Tanzeem Shia Aiema Masajid Pakistan condemned the continued terrorism, target killings and suicide attacks in the motherland during the Friday sermons throughout the country including the federal capital Islamabad. While expressing concern over the deteriorating situation of peace in the motherland they demanded from the government that in order to root out terrorism it should take concrete steps and the banned groups must not be allowed to operate using new identities.

The chairman of the Tanzeem, Hujjat ul Islam Syed Hussain Kazmi while addressing to the congregation, raised his protest that on 13^th of April 2012 the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah, the father of Sultanul Fuqara Syed Bari Shah Lateef Kazmi Al Mash’hadi was attacked and blasphemy was caused against the Prophethood and the Holy Progeny of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) and the Alam e Hussaini (a flag associated with Imam Hussain (PBUH)) was also set alight. The AC city Islamabad himself visited the shrine and witnessed the incident but the FIR of this heinous crime was not registered till this date. Subsequently on 20^th of April 2012 the same crime of insulting the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), his Holy Family (PBUT) and the Holy Quran was repeated, 15 Alam Pak Hussaini were broken into pieces their flags were trampled over and while setting alight, the mob took them away.

Allama Kazmi reminded that the insult caused to the Prophethood which was witnessed by the SP city Islamabad, SHO Aabpara and other officials of Islamabad administration; when FIR of this crime was registered, the article 295 C (the article of insult against the Prophethood) was also mentioned in the FIR but some time later that night this article was omitted from the original FIR, not only that, the leaders of the culprits of this heinous crime Dr Azhar and Gul Zaman who were caught red handed were also released from the Aabpara Police Station. These criminals and their hundred accomplices who committed blasphemy against the Prophethood were not re-arrested.

Allama Kazmi said that according to the witnesses when a mob attacked Aabpara Police Station in order to free their accomplices of the crime of blasphemy against the Prophethood, an exchange of fire took place between the Police and the mob as a result of which three people were injured and one of them later died due to the severe injuries. The police registered a case of this incident against the innocent officials of the Committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat on the basis that this incident took place on their desires.

The Chairman of the Tanzeem Shia Aiema Masajid said that in 2005, a Majlis e Aza was taking place under the auspices of the leader of All Pakistan Syed Faqeer Matami Tanzeem, Bawa Syed Riaz Hussain Shah (Late) at the shrine of Bari Shah Lateef Kazmi Al Mash’hadi, when while targeting the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi a bomb blast was carried out in which two dozen pilgrims were killed and more than two hundred were injured, the culprits behind that crime are still at large because the public is afraid of even taking the names of the heads of this heinous crime who are still usurping the shrine of Bari Shah Lateef Kazmi Al Mash’hadi which were put there by Zia ul Haq and are still being backed by the remnants of the administration of that dictator. 

Allama Kazmi said that in October 1996 Ha’kim Ali Zardari (Late) erected the standard of Panjtan Pak (PBUT) on the shrine which was broken into three pieces by Raja Akram; the same usurp mafia wants to occupy the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah and, on the wishes of the same usurp mafia, the insult to the Prophethood Panjtan Pak (PBUT) and Alam Pak was carried out. He said that we put forward our case in the court of Almighty Allah, a wish that someone may bring these enemies of the religion and the motherland to justice, may expose those criminals who murder an innocent civilian and carry out blasphemy, may give them exemplary punishments, may free these shrines from the clutches of the usurp mafia and return them to their real inheritors, the Sadaat of Kazmi Al Mash’hadi.
