MSO expresses condolences over the death of a squadron leader Syed Massood Rizvi and other PAF flight officers The blood of martyrs poses the question, ‘Which nation do the leaders and the politicians represent?’ RAWALPINDI, May 20: A combined meeting of MSO’s advisory council and the central cabinet was held at the central office in which condolences were expressed over the death of the son of Syed Akhtar Hussain Rizvi and the brother in law of Agha Syed Rohul Abbas Moosavi Advocate, squadron leader Syed Masood Rizvi and other PAF Flight officers who lost their lives during the collision between PAF trainee aircrafts. While addressing to the condolence session, the chairman MSO Syed Bu Ali Mehdi said that sacrificing ones life for greater objectives is an honourable deed and the pinnacle of humanity; death of a martyr gives a new lease of life to the nation. Masood Rizvi lived with the love of the Holy family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) and was inspired of the sacrifices of the martyrs of Karbala; while carrying out his professional duties, he has laid down his life for the defence of the motherland and proves that those nations who have brave sons do not die. He said that it is a matter of great concern and poses a question as to why government officials did not take part in funeral services. In the meeting special prayers were offered for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs in the hereafter and grief was expressed with the bereaved families.
