On the call of TNFJ, “Day of Mourning” was observed against terrorist attacks on the shrines of Ammar Yassir (RA) and Awais Karni (RA) ISLAMABAD, August 5: On the call of the Patron-in-Chief of Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi The Day of Mourning was observed against terrorist attacks on the holy shrines of renowned pious companions of the Holy Prophet, Hazrat Ammar Yassir (R.A.) and Hazrat Khawaja Owais Qarni (R.A.) in Syria in the Federal capital Islamabad and all the four provinces with religious and national spirit. Peaceful demonstrations and rallies were organised against the colonial agents for committing continued terrorist attacks on the holy shrines. Mukhtar Students Organisation took a huge rally from National Press Club Islamabad to ‘D’ Chowk which was led by Dr. S.M. Rizvi, the convener of the committee of the TNFJ for the “Mourning Day”, Syed Shuja’at Hussain Bukhari the additional secretary general TNFJ, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami District President TNFJ, Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Allama Matloob Hussain Taqi, Allama Saqlain Bukhari, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Allama Guftar Sadiqi, Allama Ikhlaq Kazmi, Allama Fakhar Abidi, Allama Kazim Raza Kazmi, Allama Hussain Muqaddasi, Moulana Shahzad Hussain Sundhi, Allama Qamar Kazmi, Moulana Ali Raza Zaidi, Allama Kaleem Mahdi, Allama Qalb-e-Abbas Bukhari, Syed Bu Ali Mahdi Chairman Mukhtar SO, Saleem Hussain Bangash Central President MSO, Syed Aoun Abbas Kazmi General Secretary MSO, Raja Raza Imami District President MSO, and other students and Ulema. The speakers on this occasion called upon all international organisations including the United Nations and the OIC to take notice of these atrocities. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami in his address said that after desecrating the shrines of the granddaughter of the Holy Prophet and the sister of Imam Hussain, Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (PBUH) in Syria, the satanic forces did not even spare the holy shrines of renowned pious companions, Hazrat Ammar Yassir (R.A.) and Hazrat Khawaja Owais Qarni (R.A.). Hussain Muqaddasi and Bu Ali Mehdi also addressed the gathering. A resolution was also adopted on the occasion demanding to summon OIC emergent meeting on this issue and calling upon the United Nations and other world organisations of basic human rights to take immediate notice of these heinous crimes. The demonstrators later dispersed peacefully raising vociferous slogans against America, Israel and their agent Muslim rulers. Meanwhile the workers of the TNFJ Rawalpindi also took out a similar protest rally from Markazi Imam Bargah Qasr-e-Abu Talib Abid Majid Road in Rawalpindi, which was led by Imam Juma Wal Jamaat Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Syed Tayyab Moosavi, M.H. Jafri, Sajjad Bangash, Ahmed Hussain Shah, Amjad Bangash, Muhammad Wasi and other leaders. Protest rallies were also taken out from different cities of the country on the call of TNFJ.
