He also demanded from the government that an Inquiry board be setup to investigate the case impartially. While addressing to the delegation at Bukhari house Islamabad, he declared the terrorism act of firing on a religious institution in Islamabad yesterday night as an act of anti-state elements. He also re-iterated the statement of the Supreme Guardian Shia Ullema Board Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi that likewise the whole world, there is no sectarian violence in our country, the continued terrorism in the country is basically the battle of few countries which is being fought through banned groups on our soil. Shuja’at Bukhari stressed that for the cause of national unity and peace, the ambassadors of those countries, who are funding and supporting these banned groups, should be called in the foreign office and high-level protest should be registered. He asserted that when terrorists fail to achieve their objectives then they try to give their brutality and violence a religious violence colour, and even some of the media channels are also supporting them in this cause. He said that the previous government had officially declared more than two dozen groups as banned, and these groups have not yet cleared their name through judicial system, yet the Election Commission of Pakistan gave them permission to participate in the coming elections. But the patriotic inhabitants of beloved homeland made them face a humiliating defeat. Now these banned groups want to take the revenge of that defeat in the general elections by giving their evil acts the colour of religious violence. While condemning the incidents of firing on innocent people at Hussaini Chock, Qotla Jam and Darya Khan, he said that the incompetent local administration is responsible for such acts and said that if the protesting groups were not given free hand, this day would never have come. Shuja’at Bukhari expressed grief and anxiety over the current scenario that just because of terrorism the city of Karachi is already troubled and gloomy, barbarity is at its peaks in KPK, not even a single city is safe in Baluchistan, above everything else the Quaid’s residency was also burnt and the pictures of the Quaid were torn, the Chief Justice of Pakistan took notice of telecasting the incident of the desecration of the Quaid’s picture, yet the Chief Justice did not take any notice of the incident of the Quaid’s Residency. He demanded from the government that without any sectarian or racial discrimination, arrest all the banned groups and declare calling “non-Muslim” to any Muslim school of thought as criminal act. He also requested to the different schools of thought to resist these banned groups from using the names of their schools of thought and show practical disliking towards these groups. While debating the proposal of the Prime Minister as to whether to use dialogue or force to end terrorism, Shuja’at Bukhari asserted that the nation wants to obtain a single objective and that is to end terrorism and make the beloved homeland as the land of peace. He said that instead of making new groups and committees to resolve the national issues, problems should be presented in the National Assembly and should be resolved by mutual consensus of opinion. He said that the dictators always used the names of religion and Sharia to sustain their rules and even today the same is happening. Even media is supporting their cause. The Additional General Secretary TNFJ appealed to the chief justice of Pakistan to take notice of the inappropriate activities, calling for strikes, offensive statements, doing politics on corpses and the media coverage of the banned groups in the cover of terrorism. A tribunal should be setup to inquire the terrorism incidents of Bakhar and Islamabad, including all the other incidents of the country, impartially and responsible people should be given exemplary punishments.
