Human beings the world over like raising their voice for freedom of expression, respect to humanity, achievement of rights, and to protest against oppression and brutality by coming out instead of sitting at homes ISLAMABAD, December 4: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has called upon the Azadaran Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) to give priority to Azadari over all other things by remaining committed to the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of Central Control Room. Shujaat Bokhari said human beings the world over like raising their voice for freedom of expression, respect to humanity, achievement of rights, and to protest against oppression and brutality by coming out instead of sitting at homes. He said protests on important occasions including stoppage of NATO supply, Drone attacks, blasphemy, satanic book of Salman Rushdie and restoration of the Chief Justice were staged out in the open and not within the limits of chadar and chardivari. Protests staged in Kashmir, Palestine, Bahrain, Myanmar and other places also stand witness to our point of view, he added. He said those who demand restriction on religious processions by taking out rallies and staging public meetings live in fools’ paradise. The Convener of the Central Muharram Committee said proposals to impose restriction and creating regulations on use of loudspeaker except Azan and Juma Khutba is enmity against Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari because those who are opposed to Nana and Nawasa are afraid of Hussainiat because it unveils Yazidiyyat. He said the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has openly announced that no restriction will be accepted on Azadari come what may because it is no solution to the issue. Rulers and politicians all use loudspeaker in their programmes, however action may be taken against those who misuse it but no punishment can be awarded before any crime is committed, he added. He said there is no restriction on westernized channels that spread nudity and obscenity rather the Munkiraat are encouraged everywhere including the media which is very shameful. He strongly condemned arrest of peaceful religious workers, Salars of Matmi Dastas, Noha Khwans, Salam Guzaars, Naat Khwans and participants of the procession by violating the dignity of chadar and chardivari in the garb of Rawalpindi incident and said if the process of arrests of innocent people and obstructions in way of Azadari were not stopped then the situation can take any turn and in that case the whole responsibility would lay on the government. The Convener Azadari Cell of the TNFJ Cell called upon the Prime Minister of Pakistan to stop the Punjab government from running one-way traffic and keep it in mind that the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo have equal participation in the recent mandate given to the Muslim League (N) which they can confirm from their candidates. He said our gentlemanliness should not be taken as our weakness as we keep the survival and stability of the nation and the country supreme. He strongly demanded to carry out investigations into the Rawalpindi incident in line with the FIR registered in Ganjmandi police station by the police fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play, identify the aggressors so as to reach the real culprits of the incident.
