We are well aware of our Fiqh, ideologies and Islamic commandments, and everyone should keep in mind that neither our forefathers accepted any restriction on Milad-e-Mustafa and Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada nor we will do the same because there is a saying of the Rasool (SAAW) that Hussain (A.S.) is from me and I am from Hussain (A.S.), Hussainiat provided protection to humanity and Sharia and it is commensurate with Azadari. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh-e-Jafariya and Jafariya Action Committee. Agha Moosavi said that the preachers of religion and Sharia should be thankful to the grandson of the Holy Prophet (A.S.). He said Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom is not against any person rather is an eternal and universal protest against Pharaohs and Yazids of every era which will continue till the flag of justice and fair-play flutters all over the world. He said those who create differences in Muslim States particularly amongst the residents of Pakistan and recognised schools of thought are colonial agents while all Muslims are like a single body and the whole body is disturbed if any part of it is hit. He said if we are brethren amongst ourselves then we should keep this Hadees-e-Rasool in mind that faith of no one would be complete unless he likes the same for his brother that he likes for himself. He asked all Shia, Sunni, Barelvi, Ahle Hadees, Deobandi people whether we like murder, arson, oppression and injustice for ourselves? If no, then we should also adopt the same trend about others. He said we respect all fiqhs from the core of our heart; therefore they all will have to respect the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo. The TNFJ chief said at present we are confronted with satanic forces that desire to achieve their particular interests and exercise control by fanning controversial issues amongst fiqhs and Masalik, therefore, being the true followers of Islam we will have to resolve and not to interfere in each other’s beliefs so as to thwart the conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland. He said all Makatib enjoy the right to preach their beliefs in a positive manner and express their hatred against those elements that commit negative activities. He suggested that those groups that have been banned several times officially should get themselves cleared from courts otherwise the government should tighten their noose around them. He said we are saying from the beginning that a broad-based tribunal under the head of Chief Justice should be formed to probe all incidents of terrorism since 1977. Active and representative judges should be included in this tribunal to find out the reasons behind acts of terrorism and terrorists should be dealt with strictly. He called upon the government, opposition, representative organisations and institutions of Makatib to express hatred against those banned groups at every stage who used the name of Makatib. Agha Moosavi expressed concern that damages of a mosque and madrassah and that of traders are being shown by the media in connection with the Rawalpindi incident but the media is giving the proof of their enmity by not mentioning that Masjid and Imambargah Imambargah Qadeem Mohallah Imambara, Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar, Masjid Shah-e-Najaf and Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala Tyre Bazar, Imambargah Chittian Hattian, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain, Imambargah Qasr Al-Hasnain Bangash Colony were attacked and put on fire during curfew where copies of Quran, Shabihs of Alam and Tazia, holy names of Rasool (SAAW) and Ahle Bait (A.S.) were set ablze and Shabih-e-Zuljinah was set on fire alive while other mosques and Imambargahs were also partially damaged. We ask the Federal Interior Minister and the Chief Minister Punjab who were those people they made happy by not visiting these mosques and Imambargahs and by not consoling with the organisers there? The TNFJ chief asked are Fiqh-e-Hanfia and Fiqh-e-Jafariya not two big powers? Are these both not the arms of Islam? Was not Allama Iqbal a Hanafi and Quaid-i-Azam a Jafri? Have not these two fiqhs voted Muslim League to get into power? The double standards of the rulers are not politics rather hypocrisy, he added. He expressed shock at totally ignoring the programmes of Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan by the media and said this policy is the source of strength for the enemy. He declared that the chain of Majalis and Matmi processions in connection with the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala (Arbaeen-e-Hussaini) would be continued till 8th Rabiul Awwal and it is the responsibility of the government to provide protection to these programmes. In case of any mismanagement, the whole responsibility would lay on the government, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reiterated that there is no Maktabi conflict in the motherland and neither they will allow such thing to happen. We share our grief and happiness, consider attack on anyone as an attack on ourselves and will never allow any conspiracy of the enemy to succeed. He said we do not add fuel to the fire rather we apply balm on injuries and confront every evil with good and every oppressive act with justice and fair-play, never allowed desires to overcome our personal interests rather always adopted and followed the commandments of Allah and the pious character of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). We belong to those who follow the path of good and who avoid Munkiraat and practise Ma’aroofaat, he concluded.
