The government should immediately sack those officers who twisted facts of the Rawalpindi incident – Shuja’at Bukhari ISLAMABAD, December 9: Syed Shuja’at Ali Bukhari, the convener of Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has demanded from the government to immediately sack those officers who twisted the realities, presented the innocent people as culprits, and demanded grafts from the prisoners and the norms of justice and fair-play should be fulfilled viz. Rawalpindi incident. Addressing an emergent meeting in the Central Control Room he said there is lack of coordination between different sections of the administration as a result of which problems are further increasing instead of being resolved. He expressed grave concern over friendly relationship among the government, administration and some media anchors with the banned groups and condemned giving an open hand to the banned elements to destruct law and order. Shuja’at Bukhari said that our politeness and peace-loving policy should not be considered a weakness and the rulers should keep in mind that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is the only representative body of the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo that had launched 8-month long agitation for the protection of Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions in the worst era of Martial Law during which even the Christians had also courted arrest. He said we would not hesitate taking any big step and offering any sacrifice for the protection of our rights and for the integrity of Pakistan. The Convener of the Muharram Committee Azadari Cell Syed Shuja’at Bukhari reiterated his resolve that Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions will be taken out with complete dignity in accordance with the announcement of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and every conspiracy of the combined enemy will be thwarted through the practical display of Sunni-Shia brotherhood, unity and mutual understanding. Col. (Retd) Sakhawat Hussain Kazmi, head of the Jafariya Action Committee and the Legal Aid Committee for the Aseeran-e-Ashura also apprised the meeting about the current situation. Some important decisions were also taken on the occasion.
