If bias policy against the Maktab e Tasheyyo not stopped then call for movement may be taken up  – Mazhar Ali Shah

ISLAMABAD, December 11: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has strongly condemned the one-sided action against the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo in connection with the Rawalpindi incident and demanded strict action against the biased officers of the Rawalpindi Administration. In a statement issued from the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo he announced to observe Youm-e-Noor on Wednesday (7 Safar) in connection with the Warood-e-Masood of Hazrat Imam Musa Bin Jafar (A.S.) on the special directive of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Syed Mazhar Shah was acutely furious that on the directive of biased officers of the local police and secret agencies all those Matmi Azadars participating in the Youm-e-Ashoor procession, licence holders of Taburrakaat, volunteer scouts who take the procession along in the presence of police and take it to its destination peacefully were arrested in the darkness of night violating the dignity of chadar and chardivari, beating the resisting women and shifted to unknown places. They declared them arrested after passage of many weeks and are being subjected to violence so as to give statement of their own choice while fake cases are being filed against them. Such minor children are also included in them who were not even present in the central procession of Youm-e-Ashoor.

He warned the government against arresting these innocent people saying that if this act of pushing the Maktab-e-Tashih against wall was not stopped then they can give a big call in reaction and in that case the whole responsibility would lay on the government while announcement could also be made to stop the processions of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala as a protest. He said that Commissioner, CPO and the whole Administration team appointed in Rawalpindi after the incident have been deputed to please a particular party while our gentlemanliness is being taken as a weakness.

The Secretary General TNFJ Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate also strongly condemned arrest of innocent Azadaran, desecration of Taburrakaat, fake cases against Azadaran and organisers of Majalis in Multan, Chishtian, Bahawalnagar, Jhang, Kohat and other places after the Rawalpindi incident and demanded of the government to release all innocent so arrested by fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play. He said providing foolproof protection to Majalis and processions of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala throughout the country is the responsibility of the government.

Meanwhile, arrangements for the programmes of Majalis-e-Anwaar to be held all over the country have been given a final shape. Syed Haider Karrar Mashadi has been nominated as convener and Dr. S.M. Rizvi as central secretary in this connection.
