Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya will observe the day of solidarity with Kashmir on 5^th February with great fervour – Shuja’at Bukhari 

Kashmir belongs to Kashmiris who are sacrificing their lives for their land; the only solution to the problem of Kashmir lies in plebiscite; the criminals behind the incident of Hango must be brought to justice forthwith; the government should give priority to the problem of terrorism; the governor rule in Balouchistan is in line with the constitution; if anybody have a issue then they should go to the courts – the additional general secretary of the TNFJ 

ISLAMABAD, February 3:  The additional general secretary of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Syed Shuja'at Ali Bukhari informed that on the special directives of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, TNFJ and its subordinate organizations will participate in the programmes of the “Day of Solidarity with Kashmir” on 5^th of February. He said that every bit of Kashmir belongs to Kashmiris who are sacrificing their lives for their land. Shuja’at Bukhari said that the public of Pakistan, likewise the people of the world, while expressing solidarity with Kashmiris, proved that the problem of Kashmir is an International issue and without solving this matter, establishment of peace is impossible in the world. Therefore India instead of being stubborn should respect the wishes of Kashmiris. He said that if plebiscite can be carried out in Eastimor then why the United Nations is reluctant to make arrangements of the enforcement of its resolutions in Kashmir. He said due to the duplicity of the International Organizations, the world peace is in danger; In occupied Kashmir India has given a free hand to its six hundred thousands personnel of the armed forces who are shedding blood of innocent Kashmiris; the torture sell of India are still operating there. 

The additional secretary general of the TNFJ said that the colonial power wishes to bear the possible outcome of establishing the upper hand of its stooges and for this reason it is using all its power. He said that solution of the Kashmir issue inline with the resolution of the UN and according to the wishes of the Kashmiri public is the need of the hour therefore in line with its resolutions, the United Nations should immediately made arrangements for the plebiscite for the rights of the Kashmiris. 

Shuja’at Bukhari demanded from the government to bring to justice the criminals behind the incident of Hango and it should also give priority to the issue of terrorism. All the national institutions should also ensure the supremacy of the constitution, he added. He said that the governor rule in Balouchistan is in line with the constitution; if anybody has an issue then they should go to the courts. He said that those who are against the governor rule in Balouchistan should raise their voices against terrorism and terrorists because in Balouchistan unaccountable lives belonging to only one tribe has been lost; the cases of kidnapping for ransom is on its peak therefore in this situation it is necessary that for the establishment of peace, the province should be handed over to the armed forces. He said that it is the responsibility of the government to compensate the families who fell victim to the terrorism; it should also make arrangements for their survival and must provide security to the lives and the property of the public.
