Today, the TNFJ will participate in the programmes of the “Day of Solidarity with Kashmir” The United Nations have dual policy for the Muslim; Kashmiris and Palestinians are being punished for being Muslim; until the issues of Kashmir and Palestine are solved, the dream of establishment of peace in East Asia and Middle East couldn’t become reality – Asif Kazmi ISLAMABAD, February 5: A meeting of the committee of the TNFJ for the “Day of Solidarity with Kashmir” was held which was presided over by the convener of the committee, Syed Asif Kazmi. In the meeting, the programmes of the “Day of Solidarity with Kashmir” were finalized. The secretary of the committee Raja Saqib Mahdi informed the participants of the meeting about the rallies, which are being held on provincial levels while Raja Tauqeer Abbas deputy secretary of the committee, reported the detail of the rallies on the divisional levels. Syed Asif Kazmi while addressing to the meeting said that until the issues of Kashmir and Palestine are solved, the dream of establishment of peace in East Asia and Middle East couldn’t become reality. He said that India itself took the issue of Kashmir to the United Nations where dozens of resolution were passed in regards to the plebiscite but none of them were implemented because the United Nations have dual policy for the Muslim. On other hand Eastimor and Sudan were separated for the interests of America but the Kashmiris and Palestinians are being punished for being Muslim. Asif Kazmi said that at the moment in Pakistan, old issues including issue of Kargal is being discussed which serve no purpose. The books written by the retired generals are the continuation of defaming national institutes; if these generals had issues then they should have raised their concerns when they were in the office. He said that America saved their institutes when its armed forces committed wrong doings in Iraq by saying that it was the mistake of individuals and had nothing to do with its armed forces but our generals are defaming their own institutes. Asif Kazmi said that our rulers did not take any serious step to solve the issue of Kashmir. Our rulers are so keen to declare India the most favoured country that has made the lives of Muslims and other minorities unbearable. He expressed his grave grief that after the Quaid e Azam, we met with coward rulers and politicians who have given nothing to the general public apart from hard times. He said that currently Pakistan is facing many crises internally, the public is without gas, power or water, there are no jobs for the poor people; industry has shut due to the power and gas shortage; the drone attacks and terrorism continued; in these circumstances; declaring India the most favoured country, calling for sit ins, accusing respected institutes is equivalent to enmity with Pakistan. The convener of the TNFJ for “Day of Solidarity with Kashmir” expressed his resolve to continue expressing solidarity with all the movement of freedom including of Kashmir and Palestine and no matter where ever the oppression is committed will be condemned.
