India must submit in favor of the UN resolutions and the desires of Kashmiris - Umm-e-Laila Mashhadi

Kashmiris and Pakistanis are united and Kashmir is an integral part of Pakistan - address to the Kashmir Conference organized by Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam

ISLAMABAD, February 6: A Ladies conference in connection with was held at Markazi Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam, Ummul Banin WF, Sakina Generation and Girls Guide which was presided by the chairperson Ummul Banin WF Syeda Umm e Laila Mashhadi. While addressing on this occasion, she said that by raising voice along side our Kashmiri brothers to demonstrate solidarity, the whole Pakistani nation has proved that Pakistanis and Kashmiris are united and Kashmir is a part of Pakistan. She said that it is the responsibility of the international organizations to urge India to submit against the will of Kashmiri people as otherwise; the dream of peace in South Asia will not come true. A resolution on this occasion demanded the United Nations to get the plebiscite done in Kashmir in line with the resolutions of United Nations. The resolution stressed upon the UN Secretary General to take bold steps and stop Indian military aggression in Kashmir and resolve the Kashmir issue in accordance with the desires of Kashmiris as it did the plebiscite in Eastimor. The resolution reminded that creation of Pakistan is the result of joint efforts of all the schools of thought however, despite ban from the government, the banned organizations are still operating using new names therefore, compliance to the anti-terrorism act must be ensured. The resolution also strongly condemned the Hangu tragedy and demanded from the government to bring the perpetrators of the terrorist incident to justice. Dr. Khanum Zahra Gul, Zainab Alviya, Syed Binte Moosa Moosavi, Professor Tehseen Kubra and others also addressed the conference.
