The government should take swift actions to free the nation from the menace of power cuts of and terrorism – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, July 10: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the time will be required for implementation of successful China visit of the Prime Minister therefore the nation should be get rid of power cuts of and the menace of terrorism through immediate actions, while people should also remain alert along with government provided security during the month of Ramzan and make their own arrangements. He expressed these views at the conclusion of Ayyam-e-Istaqbal Mah-e-Sayam here at Al-Murtaza.

Agha Moosavi while terming the Prime Minister’s step to summon All Parties Conference a good omen suggested that heads of all parliamentary parties should be summoned to this conference and no one should be ignored. Moreover, the government should give explanation of restrictions on the banned groups so as to take the participants of the conference into confidence and tighten the noose around them. If these groups are not terrorists then they should get themselves cleared from the courts. He lamented that the government has announced compensation only for the affected of Lahore incident while the government should herself tell what they have done for the affected of Quetta and Peshawar incidents. If they had done nothing so far then they should be taken care of immediately and besides giving compensation for their loss they should also get the injured treated.

The TNFJ chief called upon the electronic media to avoid presenting such programmes during Ramzan that may fan biases and all schools of thought may be allowed to present their point of view with complete freedom and on the basis of equality. He said this year, Ramzan-ul-Mubarik is ensuing at a time when oppression, brutality and suppression were ripe all around, the colonial powers were targeting underdeveloped Muslim States. One country after the other and one Maktab after the other are being bitten because China is emerging as a big power after the Russian defeat that is a mole in the eyes of colonial chief who has become enraged and desires to create her monopoly in the Middle East and the South Asia and that can only be possible when their stooges will be in power in these areas. He said, before the 9/11 incident and after all Muslim States are on their target.

Agha Moosavi said that when the colonial powers could not satisfy themselves after causing harm to Iraq, Tunis, Libya, Yemen and Egypt, they toppled the Egyptian democratic government through their army when their interests were not fulfilled which indicates the their love for democracy is a farce and she needs new tools for fulfilment of her designs. He said the question arises whether most of Arab countries that play agent for her are following democracy? She does not talk about democracy there and Pakistan that is the citadel of Islam is suffering at her hands despite playing the front-line role in war against terror. Instead of recognizing Pakistan’s efforts she is extending Hippocratic attitude towards us as a result of which every part of the country is affected.

The TNFJ chief said the new government was given the gift of Drone attack and destruction of Quaid Residence soon after the took oath in power, girl students were killed in blast in Quetta, massacre of innocent people is the order of the day in Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar the sole purpose of which is to leave Pakistan alone in the comity of nations and to harm the Pakistan-China friendship. He said visit to China as the Prime Minister’s first tour abroad is a good step on the beginning of which gift of Drone attack was given. The visit was still in progress when blast was created in Old Anarkali’s food street in Lahore. He lamented that our rulers and the heads of Muslim State were keeping a silence.

He said the whole world knows that India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations and was declaring it as her integral part contrary to the United Nations Resolutions. He said India is involved in incidents of terrorism and bloodshed in Pakistan like Israel in involved in such activities in Palestine.

Agha Moosavi said heads of all Muslim State should keep in mind that the dream of restoration of peace cannot come true unless Palestine issue in the Middle East and the Kashmir issue in the South Asia are not resolved under the United Nations Resolutions as desired by the relevant people. If the big powers get these two issues resolved, stop Drone attacks, and terrorism and load-shedding are rooted out in Pakistan then it would help a lot in restoring peace, he added. He said all and sundry are repeating our point of view today that a terrorist keeps no Maktab or a country, he is only a terrorists. He said if America can talk to Taliban then why not Pakistan does the same? He said our Federal Interior Minister had said that we will talk first and if they did not agree then strict action will be taken against them. There is duplicity in their character and deeds, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that keeping fast in the month of Ramzan is specific for the Muslim nation that is why it is called Shehr Al-Islam rather Shehr Allah (the month of Allah). There are many sayings related to this month. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) that this month is called Ramzan because it turns sins into ashes, Ramzan is derived from Ramz that means intensity and sunlight that is used for hot sand and stones. That is why a soil vomiting fire is called Ramzan. When the Ramzan fasting was made compulsory for the first time it was very hot on the basis of which this month is called Ramzan. There is another saying that this is the name of Allah and Allah has particular link with this month that is why it is called Ramzan.
