The government, which came into being in result of heavy mandate, did not do anything to root out terrorism - Qamar Zaidi

The situation of law and order is deteriorating, the rulers are enjoying themselves; people from all walks of life should play their role to solve the problems of the nation; thirty six days since the new government took the office, almost thirty six incidents took place; due to the power cuts of many places facing darkness during Sehar O Aftar; the month of Ramadan provides the opportunity to collect Allah’s favours – Address of the spokesman of the TNFJ to the gathering on the topic of the “Importance of Ramzan”

RAWALPINDI, July 14: The central secretary information of the Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi has said that the government will have to give up duplicity and like wise the incident of Lahore it should take special measures to help financially the victims of terrorism from those provinces that are experiencing sense of deprivation. First time in the history of the country, the government, which came into being in result of heavy mandate, did not do anything to root out terrorism due to which, in the last thirty six days since the new government took the office, almost thirty six incidents took place. While addressing to a gathering on the topic of the “Importance of Ramzan” which was held at Zain ul Aza under the auspices of Majlis e Faroogh e Hussainiat, he said that the rulers and the politicians would have to prefer the national interests over their personal interests and adopt a policy of reconciliation and avoid defaming each other. Syed Qamar Zaidi said that the destruction of the Quaid’s residency, the suicide attack on the female students in Quetta, loss of life of innocent citizens in result of suicide attack in Hazara Town, bomb blast during Friday congregation at Hussainia Madrisa Peshawar and the victims of the target killings are all deprived of the government help. Due to the power cuts off most of the places are facing darkness during the time of Sahar O Iftar; the law and order situation in the country is deteriorating while the rulers are enjoying themselves who have no concern with the public. Therefore people from all walks of life will have to play their part to take out the nation from the slump of problems. He reminded that had the whole humanity in general, and the Muslim nation in particular acted upon the teachings of the Holy Quran, there would not have been any quarrel, bloodshed, and terrorism anywhere in the world and therefore, in order to make the world a hub of peace and harmony, acting upon the teachings of the holy Quran is the need of the hour. He said that the current political turmoil that Pakistan has been passing through is a cause of disturbance for every citizen of Pakistan. He said that it is the responsibility of the whole Muslim nation to wake up and recognize the heinous conspiracies of the international colonial powers and realize their heinous aims against Islamic world so that those conspiracies could be thwarted with unity and solidarity. He said that in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Quran, Najasat is far away from the sacred Ahl e Bait (family of the holy Prophet (PBUT)) therefore the closer we are to the Ahl e Bait (PBUT), the cleaner we will be. He said that during the month of Ramzan, people must avoid wrong doings, and act in accordance with the teachings of Islam to get Maghfirat. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that the month of Ramzan is the best opportunity to perform self assessment and improve in accordance with the Islamic values while fasting itself is its greatest source as Almighty Allah says that fasting is for me and only I will give its reward. He said that fasting is so beneficial that if a person completes his prayers with full devotion, he will be forgiven for his sins carried in past therefore, fasting is also called the shield because the person fasting tries to avoid from wrong doings and struggles to perform good deeds. He said that Ramzan provides us with the opportunity to understand the concepts of Islam and focus on prayers with full devotion to seek forgiveness in the court of Almighty Allah.
