Imam Hussain (PBUH) together with his pious family left Madina to save the religion of his grandfather - Syeda Binte Musa Moosavi The aims and objectives of Hussain Ibn Ali (PBUH) had never been the attainment of throne or crown but they were to guide the nation of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) RAWALPINDI, June 9: A mourning assembly, in connection with the departure of the convey of Hussainiat from Madina to Karbala, was arranged under the auspice of Anjuman e Kanizan e Imam e ASR Wal Zaman (PBUH) at Shaebe Abi Talib (PBUH) and was addressed by Khatiba Ahlebait Syeda Binte Musa Moosavi. In her address, she said that Imam Hussain (PBUH) took his pious family members and said goodbye to Madina to protect the religion of his Grandfather (PBUH & HHP). She said that accompanying pious and virtuous ladies and innocent children for the journey is the evidence that the purpose of Imam Hussain (PBUH) was not to wage war on someone or to get worldly power, rather he accepted martyred along with his 72 near and dear companions in Karbala yet never accepted to bow to the impure and impious Yazid. She said that to get the rid of the worldly oppression and barbarity it is essential to follow the path of Hussainiat. Umdatul Hafaz Qariya Minhaaj Ali, Syeda Ibtahaaj Zainab and Syeda Ritaaj Fatima also addressed the assembly. Assembly was concluded on Noha Khani and Matamdari.
