Imam Ali Naqi (PBUH) proved through his actions that on the path of the religion, kissing martyrdom is a great emblem of honour His place of burial is visited by huge number of pilgrims till this date - Address of Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi and Aapa Syeda Hussain to the Majlis e Aza held at Shoabe Abi Talib (PBUH) in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali Al Naqi (PBUH) ISLAMABAD, May 15: A Majlis e Aza in connection with Ashra e Ajre Rasalat was held at Shoabe Abi Talib (PBUH) under the auspices of Anjuman e Kaneezaan e Imam al ASR Wal Zaman (PBUH). Khatiba Aale Nabi Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi while addressing to the Majlis said that Saamra, the burial place of Imam Ali Naqi (PBUH) is visited by huge number of pilgrims till this date; Imam Ali al Naqi (PBUH) is that great personality who through his exemplary patience, forbearance and tolerance, proved to the world that no dictator will be allowed to use Islam as a cover to promote his evil agenda and protect his political interests. The name of the mother of Imam Ali Naqi (PBUH) is Samana Maghribia; the famous title of Imam (PBUH) is known as Naqi. Moatasim, Wasiq, Mutawakal, Muntasir, Mustaeen and Motaz Abbasi are amongst the dictators of his time. In order to protect the legacy of his grandfather Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH & HHP) and principles of Hazrat Imam Ali (PBUH), the rigorous efforts made by Imam Ali Naqi (PBUH) are the golden chapters of the Islamic history. Aapa Syeda Hussain said that the Holy Imam confronted with all the pains and grief caused to him by the cruel leaders of that time but did not submit and he was martyred for the same reasons. He said that the sad martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (PBUH) left the whole city of Saamra wailing with grief and therefore, the year of his martyrdom was termed as the year of grief. She said that the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali Naqi (PBUH) in Saamra is a source of blessings for everyone especially for the oppressed of the world. She said that Imam Ali Naqi (PBUH) also proved with his actions that martyrdom is a medal, which has been dearest to the progeny of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUT) as the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) has also declared martyrdom as the best way of salvation for humanity.
