The murder of the General Secretary of TNFJ Karachi Advocate Kausar Saqlain and his two sons is a brutal act of terrorism - Hassan Kazmi Banned organizations are operating without being checked. Law enforcement agencies and the government have failed miserably - Reaction of the TNFJ Punjab LAHORE, May 29: The provincial coordinator of TNFJ Punjab Syed Hassan Kazmi has strongly condemned the brutal murder of the General Secretary of TNFJ Karachi Advocate Kausar Saqlain and his two sons Muhammad Abbas and Aun Abbas and demanded from the government to bring the perpetrators of the tragic incident to justice. In a statement issued from the provincial office of TNFJ Punjab, he said that the heinous murder of Kausar Saqlain and his two sons is part of the ongoing wave of terrorism and target killing in the country. He said that despite the ban, more than three dozens of groups are not only freely operating but also involved in the terrorist activities as per their agenda while the government responsible for the safety and security of the civilians is demonstrating criminal negligence. He said that had the banned organizations stopped from operating, the menace of terrorism would have been controlled and safety of the innocent Kausar Saqlain and thousands other civilians would have been ensured but instead of curbing those banned outfits, the election commission of Pakistan also allowed some of them to participate in the recent elections and allotted elections symbols to them. Hence, those banned organizations participated in elections on sectarian basis and promoted their agenda against the national solidarity of Pakistani nation. Hassan Kazmi stressed upon the government to stop the banned organizations from operating using old and new names both. Paying tributes to the services of Kausar Saqlain, Hassan Kazmi said that Kausar Saqlain was amongst the very old members of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya and a true companion of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi whose gap cannot be filled. Hassan Kazmi expressed condolences to the family of Kausar Saqlain and prayed for the courage to bear this great loss.
