ISLAMABAD, November 2: The Guardian of Supreme Shia Ullema Board, Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi said that the entire humanity is thankful and debtor of the benefactor of humanity and the Greatest Martyred, Imam Hussain Ibne Ali (PBUH), thus government of Pakistan stop narrowing and manipulating the Azadari by naming it Preparation for Muharram and must annul unconstitutional and against the Fundamental Human Rights decisions taken on the recommendations of inapt administration. In reaction to the banned and the expulsions from their towns on those religious scholars who propagate the teachings of brotherhood, fraternity, unity and love, if we gave our infrastructure to cope up with the situation, it would be very hard for the government to stand on its own. Sunni-Shia brothers will collectively observe the programs of Azadari and Milaad un Nabi. We are as ready as always to cooperate for any good cause but we are not at all ready to compromise on any restriction on Azadari. These statements were given by him while announcing the observance of “Seh Roza Istiqbal e Muharram” (Welcoming Muharram ul Haram). Aqae Moosavi iterated that if the rulers are brave enough, instead of arresting noble citizens, arrest the officially banned groups, who have camouflaged themselves with new identities and are sitting in the Government Peace Committees and are on popular on media. Aqae Moosavi asserted that in the world of humanity, those who rendered services for the welfare of humanity and close the humanity to Allah and taught them how to worship Him are not only envied by the Humanity but also humanity regard their services and make those personalities as a source of their inspiration. He made it clear that human beings are the composition of “needs” and all human beings have rights over one another, the fulfillment of these rights and duties made them thankful of one another. He said that the names of those personalities, who held the responsibility of satisfying the need of guidance and wisdom, condemned the tyranny and barbarity and presented the sacrifice of their lives for the establishment of law and justice, are written with golden words in the history. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that the grandson of the Prophet of Thaqalain (PBUH & HHP), Greatest Martyred Hazrat Imam Hussain Ibn Ali (PBUH) blessed the martyrdom to its climax. Martyr has not only a right over the humanity, but he also possesses the most prestigious status and respect, because it’s the martyr’s death which blesses new life to

the whole nation. The greatest lesson given by Imam Aali Maqaam (PBUH) by standing fast against the barbarity and oppression is the source of inspiration throughout the world to the lovers of freedom and liberation. He said that the holy month of Muharram ul Harram is associated with the commemorations of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH) and his 72 brave and stanch companions, thus by observing the “Seh Roza Istiqbal e Muharram” advocacy to the destitute and oppressed and aversion to the oppressor and dictator will be expressed. Aqae Moosavi asserted that today the whole world is again pushed into the darkness and again facing the curse of oppressions and barbarities. To counter such situation it is necessarily important to follow the character of Imam Hussain Ibn Ali (PBUH) because only following Imam’s footsteps can destroy the contemporary Pharaohs, Namrood and Yazid. He said that humanity can get the light of wisdom and civility by participating in the caravan of Hussainiat. Aqae Moosavi expressed grief and anxiety over the current scenario that rulers and the people in administration throughout the hierarchy, instead of highlighting the great and unforgettable services of Imam e Aali Maqaam (PBUH), have just kept themselves in scaring the mourners of Imam Hussain (PBUH) throughout the period from Ramadan ul Mubarik till Muharram ul Harram. Without any rational thought or reason, Ullama, Zakireen and Waizeen are trapped under many restrictions such as banning their speeches, exiling from their towns and arresting them, while the extremist terrorist groups, on whom there are several cases of terrorism and other in the judicial courts are free to move and act. Aqae Moosavi said that in the period of strong Media power, such kind of acts are extreme level ignorance and idiotic. Government should put our Code of Azadari into practice and instead of banning the Ullema and Zakreen, infuriating and instigating debaters should be sued in the courts. He said that punishment of any crime cannot be given before its commitment. Thus government should demonstrate some sense and should give up hypostatic duplicity. Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi asserted that how come government can ban Ullema and Zakreen to speak in the mourning processions and assemblies of Muharram ul Haram where the other processions, carried out throughout the year and their negatively provoking and instigating speeches, radically terrorism proliferating rallies and the activities of banned foreign funded groups are completely immune from such orders and verdicts, rather government itself provide them protection just because they satisfy the personal interests of the rulers and politicians. He said that banning Ullema and Zakreen throughout the country is the part of planned conspiracy to sabotage the programs of Muharram ul Harram. Thus Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Shareef should stop banning the liberty of Ullema and Zakreen and should warn Media from giving coverage to the banned groups. Aqae Moosavi said that our ennoblement should not be considered our weakness, only our nation are country is dear to us, or else everybody knows that Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya is the only Shia representative organization who stood against Zia’s tyranny and bow down dictatorship by capturing Islamabad Secretariat and after the peaceful agitation of eight months gave a written agreement to the Nation on 21st May, 1985. He also addressed to the Ullema and Zakreen to approach Legal mediums and courts against the government decisions on their bans. Leader of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya advised to the Prime Minister to get the rid of inapt advisers and declare all the decisions sabotaging Matami processions and assemblies as null and void. He said that Pakistan is not the inheritance of any specific group or sect, the idea of Pakistan was given by a Sunni while it was put in to practice by Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, who was a Shia, and Sunni-Shia brothers mutually will protect the heritage to their heroes. While highly condemning the “kill” of TNFJ’s press conference for the in announcement of Code of Azadari, on print and electronic media, Aqae Moosavi said that we have equal right on media, and the resisting elements are not sincere with the nation and this country. He pledged the determination that we condemn the propagation of apartheids and we will keep our struggles of promote unity and brotherhood. Those who would consider their Rule ultimate are now no more on power, the current government should also keep this in mind that the heavy mandate they achieved is also given to them by Shia school of thought as well and they can inquire about from their representatives. He said that all schools of thought are respectable and praiseworthy who observe the programs of Azadari and celebrate the ceremonies of Milad un Nabi (PBUH & HHP). This year too, by demonstrating mutual understanding, unity and brotherhood, in the programs of Muharram ul Harram and Milad un Nabi (PBUH & HHP) and will fail the evil conspiracies of our enemies and their agents
