TNFJ rejects Rawalpindi Incident Commission; Moosavi places confidence in CJ, demands grand judicial commission: reminds and regrets continuous injustice with Shias in Sharif’s three eras ISLAMABAD, November 23: Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh e Jafariya (TNFJ) Chief Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while utterly rejecting the Judicial Commission made for Rawalpindi Incident has said the head of the Commission has given proof of his partiality and prejudice; we keep confidence on Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary therefore he should set up a judicial commission consisting of three to five judges headed by himself to separate chalk from cheese; torched Imam Bargahs and Alam Mubarak across Punjab including Rawalpindi are waiting for investigating officials, government administration, ministers and opposition leaders; we salute representative organizations of admitted schools of thought that declared their displeasure to Anti-Pakistan faction and few mischievous banned outfits; Army Chief, human rights and international organizations should take notice of injustice being done to Barelvi and Shia schools of thought and non Muslim minorities; opposition and Assembly members must break their silence; Mosques, Imam Bargahs and shopkeepers must be compensated; release all innocent immediately; we will fully cooperate for arrest of criminals; outlawed outfits must be tightened by law instead of begging for peace from them, he made his demands. He said we reject cash money to compensate the loss being caused to mosques and Imam Bargahs as a result of mayhem in Rawalpindi incident; the government get these Imam Bargahs rebuilt with their magnificence and get all torched 'tabarrukaat' to be made and built. Agha Moosavi cleared that Punjab administration is busy in fulfilling the 'Zia’s dream' of banning Milad un Nabi and Azadari but everyone must bear in mind that who fight against Mustafawiat and Hussainiat will meet with humiliation. He was addressing the founders and license holders of Majalis, Hussaini processions and Matami azadaran at Markazi Imam Bargah Qasr e Khadija tul Kubra at Tarlai Kalan federal area. Agha Moosavi reminded that Mr Nawaz Sharif while he was Chief Minister Punjab, more than two dozen mosques and Imam Bargahs were torched; when he became PM, he banned Shia Tafaseer of Quran, Nahjul Balagha and other significant Shia books; second time when he was Prime minister again similar injustice was committed. Now third time he has been posted on this seat and Rawalpindi incident occurred, it’s a bad omen for the government and very regrettable. In success of Muslim League, the party, which established Pakistan in elections, Shia school of thought has equal share; Mr. Premier can ask from his representatives about this, he added. He strongly condemned those who termed Muharram 9 and 10 holidays as a loss to economy.
