The deteriorating conditions of the shrines of the holy personalities are looking towards the Muslim rulers

RAWALPINDI, August 232: The programmes of International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Friday 25 Shawwal with devotion, respect and commitment to continue the efforts to achieve the high targets of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), and pious Sahaba Kubar (R.A.) and no sacrifice will be hesitated in this connection. Majalis-e-Aza were organised and Taboot processions were taken out throughout the country on this occasion while peaceful demonstrations were held against the razing to ground the holy shrine of religious elders including Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.), particularly in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah and with demand for the reconstruction of the same with utmost dignity. They also condemned oppression and atrocities being carried out by the Saudi government particularly the punishment of hanging announced for Saudi elderly scholar Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr and called upon the Saudi government to give the right to live with freedom to all schools of thought.

The main peaceful protest rally was taken out by from Jamia Masjid Sakhi Shah Piyara Kazmi Al-Mashadi Chaur Harpal after Juma prayers under the auspices of Mukhtar Organisation which was led by Central President of the Organisation Ali Furqani, Central President Mukhtar SO Syed Muhammad Abbas Kazmi and other elite. The rally turned out into a public meeting after reaching the main road.

Addressing the rally, Allama Syed Matloob Hussain Taqi declared the restoration of dignity of the holy shrines as a joint issue of the Islamic World and called upon the rulers of the Muslim States to take immediate notice of razing the holy shrines of the forefathers of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Anbia Karaam, and Mashaheer in Madinah Munawwarah, Makkah Mukarramah, Syria, Iraq and more recent the forefather of the Hazoor (SAAW) Hazrat Hashim (A.S.) in Gaza and play their role in reconstruction of the same.

A central Taboot procession under the auspices of Majlis Al-Muwaddat Pakistan was taken out from Ali Masjid Satellite Town in which Matmis performed Matamdari and Noha Khwani before terminating at Imambargah Zainul Abideen (A.S.). Earlier, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressed the Majlis-e-Shahadat at Ali Masjid. He paid tributes to Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for announcing to observe the International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad. He said no restriction on the processions of Nana and Nawasa was accepted earlier nor they would accept it in future.

Earlier, Secretary General of Majlis Muwaddat Pakistan A.R. Kiani presented a resolution that was unanimously adopted by the participants. The resolution called upon the international organisations to give attention to the restoration of dignity of the holy shrines of Mashaheer the world over. Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, Maulana Waqar Hussain Naqvi, Mustansar Naqvi, Syed Nazir Hussain Shah and others also addressed the Majlis.

Addressing a Majlis at Shoeb-e-Abi Talib, Khatiba Syeda Zainab Alvia said one of the pupils produced by Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) included Jabir Bin Hayan on whose knowledge both east and west are proud of today. She said his truthfulness was quoted all around like his forefather Holy Prophet (SAAW). He is the Imam who wrote those

chapters of Shariat-e-Muhammadi that are related with Fiqh-e-Jafariya. She said the pious teachings of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) is considered a beacon of light even today.

Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the central office of International Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad, similar Matmi protest demonstrations were also organised in Quetta, Karachi, Jacobabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Jhelum, Sialkot, Chakwal, Bhakkar, Dera Ismail Khan, Mianwali, Sargodha, Khushab, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Multan, Khanewal, Khairpur, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur, Dadu, Matli, Shikarpur, Thatta and dozens of other places.
