The exercise of dialogue has proved our long-standing point of view that there is no sectarian conflict in Pakistan – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, February 13: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the exercise of dialogue has proved our long-standing point of view that there is no Maslaki or Maktabi conflict and Sunni-Shia conflict in Pakistan because no representative of these Masalik is included in the committees of the both sides. He said it seems that some dangerous game is being played in the garb of dialogues. In Pakistan, media, judiciary and parliament are not independent and only those are enjoying this freedom who have power and for them no laws or constitutions have any importance. The senior journalist community should take notice of the unannounced restrictions on the point of view of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya on TV channels. He stated this while addressing the concluding session of the Ayyam-e-Askari in connection with the Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.).

Agha Moosavi said that when there will be talk about Sharia, then those who will accept the blood of more than 50,000 human beings will have to pay the Deet (blood) and Qisaas (compensation) of the Shuhada to their bereaved families according to Sharia. The enforcement of Sharia is step-wise activity that has been guaranteed in the Constitution. Those crying hoarse of Sharia may tell had the Rasool (SAAW) enforced all Sharia commandments in one go? Taliban have made parties and groups of their representatives, they should clear their position before the nation, the foreigners should be sent back to their respective countries. If there is no place for Biharis who have rendered sacrifices for this soil then it should not be for anyone else. He said the government should also fulfill the promise of taking action against the culprits of Quaid Residency. The government should tell that if peace could not be achieved even after settling matters with the TTP then what will be their next step? He said Youm Qayam-e-Mukhtar will be observed on 14 Rabiul Sani throughout the country and prays should be offered rooting out terrorism and restoration of peace.

The TNFJ chief said besides dialogue, target killings, bomb blasts of important installations are going on, communications sources are being damaged, gas pipelines are being attacked. He said the government should make it clear that with whom they are carrying out dialogues and which groups is this that is continuing terrorist activities. The people and members of the Parliament should be made aware of the advancement, if any, in the process of dialogue. He thanked Allah that those who had no faith in source (Waseela) were now using this tool. Those who have contacts with Taliban should tell the people that if they had that much relation with Taliban then why not they utilised the same earlier in playing their role? Moreover, why the government included people from outside in its committee ignoring most important leaders and members of the Parliament.

Agha Moosavi said that the government should keep it in mind that 1973 Constitution was unanimous and was adopted unanimously keeping the issues of all Makatib, nation and the country and solution to all problems lie in implementing the same. He said out of 57 Islamic States, Pakistan has the honour to be created in the name of Islam and Quran and Sunnah are its supreme law. He said Article 227 of the Constitution has made it clear that “All present laws will be made in accordance with Quran and Sunnah and no such law will be made that will be contrary to these commandments”. The explanation of this provision has also made it clear that interpretation of Quran and Sunnah will be according to Muslim fiqhs in whatever number they are. Moreover the minorities have been guaranteed that these laws will not affect their civil and personal freedom.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has made it clear that one who is the friend of Islam, Nazria-e-Asaasi and people, he is our friend; and the one who works against all these have no connection with us whatsoever. He said all powers should keep it in mind that Halal of Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) are Halal and Haram will remain Haram till the Day of Judgment. No international colonial power or their friends can be allowed to make changes in the Shariat-e-Mustafvi, he concluded.
