Agha Moosavi strongly condemns the terrorist attack on Islamabad District Courts

ISLAMABAD, March 4: The Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Islamabad District Courts and termed it a coward activity and expressed heart-felt sympathies with the bereaved families of Additional Sessions Judge Rafaqat Awan, lawyers and all other innocent persons who lost their lives in the incident. In a statement issued here he called upon the government and the opposition to prepare such a combined and strong plan to overcome terrorism that may thwart all types of internal and external enemies of Pakistan. Terming the suo moto notice of the incident by the Chief Justice and appealed him to investigate all incidents of terrorism since Zia era and bring the probe results to public and take concrete steps to fix the culprits.

Agha Moosavi said the government should keep in mind that the snake does not hesitate in biting whether he is fed with plenty of milk. He said the motherland Pakistan is confronted with terrorism for the last 30 years. He said the government claims abandoned despite APC decision and considering different options for peace and Monday’s heart-rending incident has proved that the terrorists can target wherever and whenever they so like. He said terrorism and terrorists could not be overcome unless the Parliament, judiciary, administration and media become coherent. He lamented that despite 63 terrorist groups were banned but they are often seen sitting on the electronic media and forums doing analysis and giving comments and their views are given full coverage while even the condemning tickers of patriotic and peace-long organisations are not accommodated.

The TNFJ chief said despite reports of departure of suicide attackers from Mir Ali for Islamabad, lack of security arrangements on the part of the government poses question mark on the Islamabad incident. He said despite announcement of ceasefire attack on FC caravan and incident of terrorism in federal Capital, it seems that the groups carrying out these condemnable activities are not in control of anyone.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the people and all institutions to remain fully alert and avoid all types of negative activities so as to thwart every conspiracy and mischief through mutual unity and brotherhood to get the nation and the country rid of the menace of terrorism.
