The decision of the Supreme Court to keep the Army Courts is a good omen for the nation – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, August 7: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the decision of the Supreme Court to keep the Army Courts is a good omen for the nation and the country and the message of death for terrorists. The Supreme Court has stamped the Parliament as correct therefore the Army Courts may take immediate steps to ensure implementation of the National Action Plan, taken severe action against terrorists who keep no religion or a country and tighten noose around the banned groups and their facilitators so as to root our terrorism from the country. He expressed these views while addressing a Majlis in connection with the Universal Ashra Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad here Thursday.

Agha Moosavi said that everyone should keep in mind that at present the international scene has been changed therefore aggressive attitude of any powers is not correct. He said war against terror, and all other wars from Afghanistan to Libya, Nigeria to Somalia and from Damascus and Lebanon to Yemen are the proofs of American foreign policy’s failure. He said about the atomic agreement of Iran we have already made it clear that elder Satan never bargains a losing deal, therefore the colonial chief desires to sell out her arms to the Arab World by making them afraid of this deal and this activity has begun from Egypt. He said that it is an open secret now that American desires to maintain supremacy of Israel in the Middle East and that of India in the South Asia but she should be aware that China has also turned out a super power and has the capability of changing the world map. 

The TNFJ chief made it clear that the foremost objective of sending Anbia and Mursaleen in their respective eras was to root out oppression, brutality and suppression and to restore justice and fair-play on the basis of which Islam is the universal, Ilahmi and sent religion and a complete code of ethic the Asaas of which rests on principle of justice. He said the objective of creating motherland Pakistan was also to restore justice and fair-play but unfortunately the country was taken over by such people who call themselves politicians but have failed to provide good governance to people and deliver a standard system based on justice and fair-play. Army rulers continued to be imposed one after the other owing to their inability to deliver. 

Agha Moosavi said that Gen. Ayub Khan remained in power for 10 years but could not give a concrete, strong and stable system. Country was divided into two parts in the era of Gen. Yahya and later a democratic government came to power which gave an unanimous constitution to the country but Gen. Ziaul Haq overturned that democratic government and then started interference in Afghanistan on the behest of international satans as a result of which Russia was defeated and America emerged as super power. He said if Gen. Zia had not interfered in Afghanistan then America would not have become the super power today. He said Zia era gave the Kalashnikov and heroin culture and the nation faced martial law and tyranny for another 10 years. He said Pakistan played a front-line role after the 9/11 drama and the whole nation is facing the brunt of it.

The TNFJ chief it was good for the nation that Gen. Raheel Sharif was appointed 15th Chief of the Army Staff of the Pakistan Army who is set to root out terrorists. He said the National Action Plan was introduced by the gory incident of Army Public School and the Operation Zarb-e-Azb is speedily going on for the implementation of the same. He said it is good that the terrorists are being tackled amicably and the day is not far when all terrorists will face their ultimate fate.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that there is a saying of the Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) that goes that Allah kills six groups owing to six habits; rulers for oppression and brutality; A’arab for nationalism, traders for dishonesty; landlords for pride; villagers for ignorance; and Ulema and fuqaha for jealousy. He said if these six groups become good then the whole world can become the hub of peace and all types of oppression and terrorism could be rooted out.
