Shaheed Abdul Shakoor Haideri, activist of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Islamabad was laid to rest

ISLAMABAD, February 20: The funeral prayers of Abdul Shakoor Haideri, worker of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Islamabad who kissed Shahadat in attack at Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina New Shakaryal Wednesday night was held in his ancestral village Peuhunt, Haideriabad, Federal Area. Allama Raja Basharat Hussain Imami, president TNFJ Federal Capital led the funeral prayers which was participated by ulema, TNFJ office-bearers and workers, Sunni-Shia elite and thousands of people of the area.

Allama Basharat Imam, on this occasion addressed the participants of the funeral and presented the condolence message of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. In his message he strongly condemned the incidents in which places of worship, sensitive places, security officials and innocent people were targeted. He made it clear that they can be cut into pieces but will never let anyone to cut Pakistan into pieces. He called upon the government to tighten noose around 60 banned groups who are facilitated by big crocodiles, accelerate the National Action Plan and carry out country-wide Operation Zarb-e-Azb if they are sincere in rooting out terrorism from the country.

Syed Naeem Abbas Kazmi, District Deputy Nazim-ul-Umoor TNFJ Islamabad in his address called upon the government not to let National Action Plan fall prey to traditional police tactics and should take notice of arrest innocent people under 16 MPO, putting peaceful and patriotic people under Schedule 4 and booked the peaceful religious leaders. Expressing heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved families of the Shuhada he demanded from the government to arrest the culprits forthwith and given them exemplary punishment and foolproof security arrangements be made for places of worship throughout the country including the twin cities of Rawalpindi-Islamabad.
