The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has no association with the banned Tehreek e Islami

ISLAMABAD, January 7: The Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has lamented inclusion of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi’s name in the Saleem Safi’s column “Jirga Mein Anokha Insaaf” in the list of banned organisations showing him as chief of an unknown banned organisation “Tehreek-e-Islami Pakistan” published in daily “Jang” Tuesday January 6 issue and termed it a grave mistake on the part of the newspaper.

In a clarifying statement issued here Wednesday, he said that everyone knows that Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi is the Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan that is the only representative organisation of the Maktab-e-Tashih and its agreements with the government about the Shia rights is on government record.

The Spokesman challenged that Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi had no contact whatsoever with an organisation named Tehreek-e-Islami. Neither he is aware of any such organisation nor any activity or his statement could be proved through that forum. All statements in national newspapers and TV channels come with his position as chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan and this organisation is not banned on which the letter of Election Commission of Pakistan stands witness. He said by publishing his name as chief of the banned organisation, his status has been affected on which we reserve our right for a legal action.

The TNFJ Spokesman made it clear that the Quaid Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi had stated some 25 years ago that a terrorist keeps no Maslak, Maktab or a country, he is only a terrorist, therefore attaching a terrorist with any Maktab itself is an act of terrorism. He demanded from the government to take notice of including the name of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi as head of the Tehreek-e-Islami Pakistan and its clarification may be issued on the media.
