Moosavi stresses upon the government to address the weaknesses pointed out by the Supreme Court’s Faaiz Issa Commission

ISLAMABAD, December 29: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has stressed upon the government to address the weaknesses pointed out by the Supreme Court’s Faaiz Issa Commission while those effected by the report must clarify their stance before the Supreme Court. People want eradication of the menace of terrorism and terrorists dealt with iron hands. Open hearted support from the rulers for the armed forces of Pakistan is the national demand so that internal and external enemies could be defeated and Pakistan becomes a hub of peace. He said this while addressing to an organizational workshop of Mukhtar Students Organization. On this occasion he announced to observe Aalamgeer Youm e Tarheem on Friday i.e. 30th December.  Recitation of the holy Quran, Mahafil and Majalis will be held while special prayers will be offered after Jumma prayers for the martyred civilians, members of the armed forces of Pakistan in terrorist attacks, along with other departed souls of Momineen and Muslimeen without any sectarian discrimination who died during the Ayyam e Aza, eradication of terrorism, success of Operation Zarb e Azab, completion of the Economic Corridor, freedom of Kashmir and Palestine, Glorification of the Islamic Ummah, development and stability of Pakistan. He said that terrorism has become an international problem while Muslims are specifically facing it and Pakistan has been a victim of terrorism for the last four decades. He said that anti-terrorist activities were expedited as the National Action Plan was formulated and Zarb e Azab started in the wake of Peshawar’s Army Public School’s tragic incident. Pakistan’s armed forces cleared many areas from the presence of terrorists. He said that more than a dozen counselates of our eternal enemy in Afghanistan are acting as terrorist camps against Pakistan. Agha Moosavi regretted on the fact that India accuses Pakistan for all band incidents but our rulers stay silent despite having clear evidences and proofs including the arrest of Indian spies caught red handed. He said that the interior ministry is confused on the findings about inaction on NAP by the Faaiz Issa Commission formed after the terrorist attack on lawyers on 8th August in Quetta, as the report has pointed out government’s failure in clutching banned organizations. Hence, it is mandatory for the rulers to ensure concrete action on all points of the Anti-Terrorism Act and National Action Plan, clutch the proscribed groups, and do not let them use the names of sects. Banned outfits are not only operating freely but also participating and succeeding in Elections which will only strengthen terrorists and the menace of terrorism.
