ISLAMABAD, July 8: Today, Eid ul Fitr is being celebrated by the Muslim Ummah all across the world including Pakistan as gratitude for the holy month of Ramadan. This event of Eid has come at a time when the Muslim world is victim of the worst oppression and aggression. Bloodshed of innocent people in Kashmir, Palestine, Bahrain, and Yemen continues while Muslim rulers are maintaining a criminal silence and only bent upon hiding their personal assets made from looting common man and protecting their rule. It is very unfortunate for Muslim Ummah that at the start of the holy month of Ramadan the honor of Muslim world was challenged through terrorist attacks on the holy shrine of the granddaughter of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) while the holy Shrine of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) attacked at the end of the month which left every faithful follower of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) in severe pain and grief. In connection with this tragedy Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has appealed to Muslim world to celebrate Eid with simplicity and raise voice of protest on 8th Shawal to condemn terrorist attacks on the holy Shrine of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) and disrespect and destruction of Shaair Allah and sacred sites and demand for their protection. Today’s congregation declares that if Muslim rulers possessed any spirt of faith, they would have summoned OIC conference against this heinous attack. Muslims must remember that terrorists are backed by the evil forces and if they are not stopped, their next target can be Mecca Mukarrama. If the demolition of holy Shrines in Jannat ul Baqee and Jannat ul Mualla had been stopped no one could have the courage to think bad about the green dome. Hence, it is time for Muslim countries to unite against the menace of terrorism and join hands against those who are destroying the foundation of Islam.

Ameer ul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibn e Abi Talib (A.S) said that each day on which a man does not violate the instructions of Almigthy Allah is  the day of Eid. Therefore, it is appealed to the followers of Islam to spend Eid ul Fitr in prayers, good deeds, and supporting the deprived and oppressed so that the efforts made during Ramazan remain fruitful as Eid ul Fitr comes after the tests of Ramazan where the efforts of the whole month of Ramzan are judged and declared accepted or rejected. Zakat e Fitrah becomes obligatory right from the Moon night and therefore must be paid before Eid prayers. Zakat e Fitrah must be offered for each and every person dependent on you which can be in the form of a commodity or cash. Fitrah is also to be paid for those guests who arrived before the sunset. Fitrah can only be paid to a Momin of good character. Paying Fitrah to someone who is expected to spend it for a bad deed is not allowed. Countrymen must remember poor and deserving people while celebrating joys of Eid as Masoom (A.S) stated that a person who spends his days and nights without arrangements for the matters of Muslims does not deserve to be called as Muslim. Immigrants searching for a peaceful place all around the world as well as IDPs who left their homes must be preferred on the occasion of Eid. 

Today’s gathering expresses concerns over the fact that the difference between rich and poor is increasing due to the inaction on Islamic instructions. Excessive spending and show off has become the order of the day. Someone asked from Maula e Kainaat Ali ibn-e-Abi Talib (A.S) that why did he ate barley? Hazrat Ali (A.S) said that how can I eat well when there are poor people living all around. Rich and Wealthy people must follow these teachings.

Today’s congregation strongly condemn the target killing of Naat Khwan of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) and Manqabat Khwan of Ahl e Bait-e-Athaar (A.S) Amjad Sabri and other innocent people in DI Khan, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar and demand from the government to remove deficiencies of NAP and ensure its implementation. Stop activities of banned organizations and immigrants from other countries must be sent back to their homelands. 

Today’s congregation expresses complete solidarity with the historic Zarb e Azab operation of Pakistan army and pray for the success and completion of the operation. 

Today’s congregation expresses unshakable confidence on the leadership of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and vows to act upon his each and every order and instruction. 

In the end, the congregation prays for the appearance of lady of heaven Hazrat Fatima Zahra’s son, Hazrat Hujjat ibn-al-Hassan Askari (A.S) and request Almighty Allah to send the heir of the innocent blood of Imam Hussain (A.S) as the real Eid of Muslims will be the day of appearance of Imam Mehdi (A.J.T.F.S) who will take revenge from the oppressors and return the rights to oppressed people while the flag of Islam will wave all across the world.
