The sensitive areas including Dera Ismail Khan to the army so as to stop the incidents of continued target killings

ISLAMABAD, May 29: The meeting of subordinate bodies of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya concluded after the approval of declaration on important national and international matters. The heads of subordinate bodies of the Tehreek from all over the country participated. Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi presided over the first session while the second session was presided over by Acting Additional Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Haji Mukhtar Hussain Shah.

In the declaration issued following the meeting, the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has demanded handing over the sensitive areas including Dera Ismail Khan to the army so as to stop the incidents of continued target killings. The whole CPEC route is the particular target of terrorists therefore special protective measures for it should be made. The elements being fed on foreign money desire to spread the impression that the Operation Zarb-e-Azb has failed, the army has broken the back of terrorists and politicians should support the army in completely rooting out terrorists. The banned organisations are roaming about freely therefore the National Action Plan should be hit by political interests. The National Action Plan is the complete picture of the Peace Formula presented by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in the Supreme Court in 90s. Had the National Action Plan was implemented in its true spirit then the issue of fake identity cards and passports may have settled till now and Pakistan would not have been made a laughing stock on this count. The Maktab-e-Tashih is deprived of their constitutional rights while recruitments made by political bargaining in all institutions including the Islamic Council of Ideology and the Joint Ulema Board are tantamount to trampling the rights of the Millat-e-Jafariya.

Presenting the declaration approved by the meeting, Secretary Azadari Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Ala Haider said that Pakistan had been the battlefield of world groups during the last four decades owing to international conspiracies and inability of the country’s rulers to perform as a result of which about one lakh lives have been sacrificed. The ‘charisma’ of terrorism by international external forces in Pakistan has been crashed after starting the Operation Zarb-e-Azb by Gen. Raheel Sharif but the rooting out terrorism completely is not possible unless National Action Plan is implemented in letter and spirit.

The declaration made it clear that all schools of thought played equal part in creation and then developing Pakistan but some powers that had no part to play in creation of Pakistan formed such policies and took such State level steps when got a chance to do so, as a result of which the sense of deprivation was created among small provinces, ethnic groups and schools of thought. The Zia’s martial law, in particular, strengthened the policies aimed at weakening Pakistan and sowed the seeds of hatred which are now paying of negatively. Unfortunately, the rulers coming to power in the name of democracy also strengthened martial law policies.

The declaration lamented that there is no Shia member in the religious institutions like Islamic Ideology Council, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Federal Shariat Court, Ulema and Mashaikh Board, Joint Ulema Board. If there is any they are the blue-eyed of the government thus depriving the Maktab-e-Tashih from ideological representation in these institutions. Unfortunately, the media is also not ready to give Maktab-e-Tashih its due place. Even the news of minorities are carried in detail but the days of Shahadat and Wiladat of the Aimma Ahle Bait (A.S.) are ignored. Same is the situation of religious editions. Except a few journals none of the religious editions are ready to give coverage to the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo. The media is always considered the face of the nation, but for God sake, they should not paint the motherland as a Maslaki State.

The declaration issued by the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya made it clear that Aimma Ahle Bait (A.S.) are greatly respected by eminent personalities and Aimma of Ahle Sunnat but some powers do not allow such joint feelings to be highlighted and it is the responsibility of every patriotic person of the motherland to thwart their designs. The declaration made it clear that the blood of Maktab-e-Tashih, like other schools of thought, is also included in the foundations of Pakistan. The Millat-e-Jafariya wrote the eternal stories of sacrifices in every era of trial and the advanced forces of the Maktab-e-Tashih are ready to play their role in offering sacrifices for the motherland in future also.
