Legislation must be made to stop banned outfits from using the names of sects - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, January 13: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that terrorists know no religion, sect or country but terrorism and therefore he must only be dealt as a terrorist. The strange logic of presenting a terrorist in any of the sectarian references is simply wrong. Legislation must be made to stop banned outfits from using the names of sects. Protecting any of the banned group is like strengthening the menace of terrorism. Action on all points of NAP provides guarantee for the eradication of terrorism. Army Chief General Qamar Bajwa’s statement of keeping operation Zarb e Aza continued is the voice of the whole nation. Mukhtar’s stand reminds of protecting the respect and dignity of Tauheed and Risalat, everyone must pledge on the occasion of Youm e Saaratul Hussain (A.S) to follow the footsteps of Mukhtar and thwart the conspiracies of those defaming Islam and trying to hurt Pakistan. The foundation of Pakistan is based upon Islam while Sunnis and Shias are its established schools of thought and both are united against internal and external enemies of Pakistan. He said this while addressing to the volunteers of Mukhtar Force on the occasion of Youm e Saaratul Hussain (A.S). Agha Moosavi said that Islam is a religion of peace and complete code of life that covers all areas of human lives and provides solutions to the problems. He mentioned that Islam always preferred peace and harmony and condemned all kinds of oppression, cruelty, discrimination and terrorism. He said that after almost half a century after the sad demise of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) the evil forces appeared with the agenda of destroying Islam and they put all efforts to achieve their heinous objectives however, the grandson of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) Ibn-e-Ali (A.S) stood against them and offered unmatchable sacrifices of his loved ones and companions along with his own to thwart conspiracies against Islam which cannot be seen anywhere else in the history of mankind. He said that the terrorists who defamed the Shariat of the holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) were destroyed by Mukhtar Saqafi who revolted against the oppressors and terrorists and brought them to justice. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that 20-points National Action Plan was formed after the tragic incident of APS Peshawar and Zarb e Azab expedited, government proscribed 63 groups of terrorists however, they are operating using new names and therefore, terrorism still continues while the military courts have ceased to function. He said that the military courts had to operate in accordance with the point No. 2 of NAP therefore, not restoring these courts would be equal to sabotaging the National Action Plan. Agha Moosavi stressed upon the fact that without the special military courts, action on NAP would not be possible. He said that had the judicial system working properly, inclusion of Point No.2 would not have been required. He said that there is no difference on the fact that sects have been existing for the last thirteen hundred years however, framing terrorism into sectarian frames is also terrorism itself. Terrorist organizations have been identifying them as sectarian organizations to conduct terrorism and they are being used by the rulers and politicians equally which is extremely regretful and root cause of the problem.
