Conflict between foreign sponsored groups cannot be called as a sectarian war - Hamid Moosavi ISLAMABAD, June 30: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that conflict between foreign sponsored groups cannot be called as a sectarian problem. Allama Iqbal had dreamed of Pakistan’s inception that was transformed into reality by Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and one of them was a Sunni while the other belonged to the Shia sect. They way both the established sects of Islam had played role in Pakistan’s creation, they will prove to be a strong defense line for the motherland. He said that while addressing to the office bearers of TNFJ’s Central Cabinet and the leaders of its sub organizations. Agha Moosavi mentioned that Islam condemns all kinds of hatred, grouping, discriminations and sectarianism. He said that when General Zia ul Haq came into power after toppling the democratic government and announced to make Pakistan a sectarian state, we raised voice from Ali Masjid against his designs and thwart the conspiracy by saying that making Pakistan a sectarian state would sabotage the founding ideology of Pakistan and it is a clear violation of the sayings of Quaid e Azam and Allama Iqbal. He said that TNFJ strongly protested against Zia’s evil announcement and occupied the Islamabad Secretariat and installed Alam (flag) on its rooftop in 1980. Later when attempts were made to restrict religious processions through the governor Punjab by making amendments in the Police Act 1861, TNFJ ran peaceful agitation against it for 8 months which forced the government to accept our demands and the famous Moosavi Junejo agreement of 21st May 1985 was made which assured that all religious processions (traditional or licensed) will be kept unblocked. Furthermore, it was TNFJ’s efforts because of which the state religion of Pakistan is not any sect but Islam while the article 227 guarantees that the interpretation of the Quran and Sunnah will be acceptable which will be acceptable to the established school of thought. Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan’s eternal enemy never accepted Pakistan with sincerity, is trying to create conflicts and chaos by raising brother against brother and shedding blood of innocent people. We stick to our old stance even today that there exists no sectarian conflict in the country and we will never allow it while all conspiracies against the motherland Pakistan will be thwarted by demonstrating unity and solidarity. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the international colonial powers are using their old tactics of divide and rule and diplomatic relations among Muslim countries are being severed which is part of the Trump’s diplomacy revealed in the Riyadh Conference. Therefore, Muslism must stay alert and the Ummah must formulate a joint strategy in its larger interest and against the anti-Islam conspiracies as otherwise, there existence is under threat. He said that despite differences, none of the non Muslim state became a battlefield for the last fifty years however; Muslims were suppressed by entering Iraq in Kuwait, attacking Iran, and other Muslim states in pursuit of the anti Islam agenda. The drama of 9/11 was staged to destroy Afghanistan, Iraq was accused of possessing chemical weapons to pave way for occupying its oil resources. He said that right after holding his presidential office, Trump imposed embargo on half dozen Muslim countries and their people banned from entering America, then he introduced the term of Islamic terrorism, visited Saudi Arabia to form Islamic Arab American alliance under his supervision and signed agreements worth 12 billion dollars under the garb of support against ISIS. International evil power want to keep her weapons factories operational and therefore, trying to keep the battlefields alive in Muslim countries. Calling India as a true friend during the recent meeting of Trump and Moodi, signing of new agreements worth billions and trillions of dollars in addition to the existing agreements, provision of fighter jets etc. are the signs of American Indian alliance which is a grace threat to the world of humanity. |
