The matter of military courts as stuck in the throat of government and opposition - Hamid Moosavi ISLAMABAD, March 8: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the matter of military courts as stuck in the throat of government and opposition. Different suggestions in this regard are only aimed at delaying restoration of the military courts. Considering the paralysis of judicial system, the establishment of military courts must be ensured unless the menace of terrorism is fully eradicated. Avoiding even a single point of NAP would be like strengthening the terrorists. The name of Hazrat Ummulbanin (S.A), is the symbol of love, loyalty and faith towards the sacred personalities of Ahl-e-Bait (PBUH&HP), her martyrdom anniversary would be commemorated as Ayyam e Ehd e Wafa from 11 to 13th Jamadi ul Thani while special prayers for the unity of Islamic world, success of Pakistan armed forces and development of Pakistan will be offered on this occasion. He said this while addressing to the delegation of TNFJ District Sargodha led by the district president Allama Ansar Ejaz. Agha Moosavi expressed concerns on the fact that despite spending billions and trillions and sacrificing thousands of soldiers of Pakistan army, the menace of terrorism is still not controlled. After the APS Peshawar’s tragic incident, the then army chief General Raheel Shareef visited Afghanistan five times and under the NAP, chased the terrorists away and recovered a large area from them while the whole world also acknowledged these successes. Agha Moosavi said that the current Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa also visited Afghanistan to meet American Commander General Nicholson and asked him to ensure that Indian and Afghan NDS supported terrorists must not be allowed to use Afghan soil against Pakistan. He said that India is trying to isolate Pakistan in the world and sabotaging Pakistan’s economy and for this purpose, she has opened many fronts against Pakistan. India is trying to fail CPEC in Baluchistan and is also involved in supporting target killing in Karachi and Sindh. He said that our rulers and security agencies all know about the terrorist organizations and if all terrorist incidents lead to India, then why not rulers talk to Indian authorities in a candid and bold manner. India wants to keep Pakistan occupied in her internal issues of terrorism to divert attention from her atrocities in the occupied Kashmir. Therefore, there is serious need to take immediate steps to expose the real face of India at all international forums. |
