The countries in the region should formulate a joint defence strategy by promoting friendship with each other - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, November 22: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that chief of the colonial powers desires to make India policeman of this region by declaring India its natural ally so that she can fulfill her interests. Therefore the countries in the region should formulate a joint defence strategy by promoting friendship with each other. The chief of the colonial powers and her agents should keep in their mind that Pakistan never accepted Indian supremacy before nor it is going to accept it in future. The importance of promises made is recognized and violation of the same is considered hypocrisy. A Muslim never goes back from his promise that is why who fulfills the promise is called ‘Kareem’. Struggle to highlight the message of Risalat (SAAW) and holy days of Ahle Bait (A.S.) will continue. This was stated by him in a special address delivered on the occasion of Hafta Ehad-o-Paiman.

Agha Moosavi said that our perpetual enemy India is utilizing all her energy on every national and international forum to make Pakistan stand alone in the comity of nations. In the recent past, Nirendra Modi tried to win the confidence of different Muslim States including UAE and Saudi Arabia by making visits to these countries and tried to speak as much against Pakistan as he could. He said owing to Indian influence, Abu Dhabi gave place to India to construct a temple for Hindu worship while Saudi Arabia conferred highest civil award on Modi while these countries give secondary status to Pakistan and are tilted towards India.

The TNFJ chief said that India taking advantage of slackness on the part of Pakistani rulers has torn apart the Sindh-Taas agreement and has occupied the river water from our share. He said Afghanistan has already turned out a mini-India by putting herself in the Indian lap and now America has made it stronger by giving her more authority. He said there are around 64 Indian Consulates on the soil of Afghanistan that are imparting training to terrorist who are fully involved in incidents of terrorism taking place in Pakistan. He said Pakistan was also accused of terrorism in the BRICKS Conference and even countries like Japan and Bangladesh had given statements against Pakistan; in other words, the Indian machinery is working against Pakistan with full force.

Agha Moosavi expressed his concern that all transport and bus terminals in Swiss city of Geneva are replete with Free Balochistan Movement posters while Indian spy Kalbhushan was caught red-handed but the court has suspended his punishment owing to indifferent attitude of our rulers. He lamented that India was welcomed in the Saudi Alliance Riyadh Conference patronized by Trump while threats were hurled on Pakistan. He said now plans to shift Afghanistan war to Pakistan are coming to the fore while China is the long-standing and true friend of Pakistan who had helped us at every moment and at present making investment of 65 billion dollars in Pakistan. He lauded the visit of Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif to different Muslim countries including Iran because Iran is that friendly country that recognized Pakistan before anyone else. He said it is a good omen that all issues in the Pak-Iran Joint Frontier Commission meeting held in Gwadar amicably sorted out almost all issues. But he lamented that brotherly neighbour country of Afghanistan is a pain in the neck for Pakistan from the beginning and still speaks Indian language even today.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the American Foreign Minister in his recent visit to Pakistan and India had hurled threats of serious consequences to Pakistan by demanding ‘do more’. The more painful aspect is that plans are being devised to impose India on Pakistan. Therefore, he said, the government should devise courageous steps and formulate its foreign policy accordingly along with her long-standing friends for the survival, stability and defence of the motherland in the present circumstances.
