The interim government is exceeding its limits. Issuing clean chits to the leaders of proscribed organizations is like stabbing in the back of the NAP - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, July 2: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the interim government is exceeding its limits. Issuing clean chits to the leaders of proscribed organizations is like stabbing in the back of the National Action Plan and operation Raddul Fasaad. A heinous conspiracy is being hatched to entangle Pakistan into a civil war, why the Chief Justice not taking any notice? Some of the decisions of the judiciary possess duality and contradiction. Judiciary must focus on the hundreds and thousands of pending cases. Pakistan is faced with the dangerous situation and the state institutions must abandon intervening in each other’s role. The groups who received foreign funding  and spread takfeeri thoughts and terrorism to make Pakistan a battlefield  of the proxy wars are only proscribed by their names and their leaders and members have been spared to freely raom around, make political alliances and contest elections which is a big question mark. Government must not make fun of the anti terrorism laws, their flaws must be eliminated. If the ban is only applicable at the organizational levels then why exactly the people of Jamat ud Dawah are being stopped from making a new party? Sparing proscribed elements right on the occasion of Pakistan’s inclusion in the grey list by FATF is meaningful and must be investigated. Foreign office has become a center of mere visits and tourism which has failed miserably in getting Pakistan’s sacrifices against terrorism recognized. We are Hussaini and will speak truth even at the peak of spear and will never let the precious sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces and innocent civilians wasted. He said this while addressing to the members of Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad Committee.

Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi noted that none of the twenty points of the National Action Plan were acted upon. Those who openly attacked the armed forces were kept as guests in the rest houses. Armed militias are still active in Quetta and some other cities. Instead of activating NACTA, decisions are being imposed on this institution. Leaders of proscribed organizations responsible for hate speeches are openly participating in electoral politics using their original or changed names. Not only social media but the electronic media is also consistently broadcasting the sermons of peace by the banned outfits. The poor people who drive carts to earn their livings are being booked in the schedule-IV as fill in the blanks while those who openly raise slogans of Kafir- Kafir to earn billions of foreign funds are being declared as saints which is food for thought. He said that if the points of National Action Plan were implemented then Pakistan would not have been included in the grey list of countries financing terrorism. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi further said that the presence of the chief of terrorists America and the champion of state terrorism India in the FATF is a joke with the global peace. Terrorism is the need of the international powers and they never want to eradicate it.

Pakistan’s foreign policy is filled with deficiencies as despite offering most sacrifices against terrorism, our foreign policy failed to prevent inclusion of Pakistan’s name in the FATF and therefore, must be reviewed and changed accordingly. He said that the standards of United Nations and other international institutions are full of contradictions. Are those involved in legitimate indigenous freedom struggles in East Timor, Scotland, Sudan, Kashmir and Palestine terrorists? Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that it was Pakistan’s bad luck that right after its creation, it was put in the camp of the chief of colonial powers while important national decisions and even the change of governments were also done in accordance with the American wishes. Pakistan faced martial laws and consequently Pakistan disintegrated while America deserted Pakistan in all critical situations. After the drama of 9/11, Pakistan was forced into the front line state and left alone to face terrorism. Dozens of operations followed by the operation Zarb e Azab succeeded in breaking the backbone of terrorists. He said that in order to strengthen the successes of operation Zarb e Azab, the National Action Plan and operation Raddul Fasaad were started however, some elements do not want to see them succeeding. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi further stated that Pakistan’s nuclear power and the CPEC project has left the enemies spend sleepless nights therefore; actions which could help anti-Pakistan forces in destabilizing Pakistan must be avoided at all cost.
