Prime Minister Imran Khan set a good example by highlighting Kashmir issue in United Nations - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, November 8: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan set a good example by highlighting Kashmir issue in United Nations however, merging Kashmir in India after eliminating 35/A and 370 and dividing it into two parts by Modi is a slap on the faces of United Nations and other so called champions of human rights. Popularity of Kashmir’s freedom movement and Pakistan’s effective foreign diplomacy has exposed the cruel face of India. Pressure is mounting on India to resolve Kashmir issue in accordance with the UN resolutions. Despite Indian atrocities and 9-lac Indian army in occupied Kashmir, the political control of Hindu extremists is weakening. That is why Hindu extremists are involved in creating unrest in Pakistan to divert world’s attention from the situation in Kashmir. India has always been involved in sponsoring and supporting terrorism in Pakistan through her secret agency RAW and its undeniable proof is the red-handed arrest of Kulbhoshan Jadev and his confession. World must remember that Pakistan, India and Kashmiris all three are the parties in the disputed Kashmir. Holding plebiscite in East Timor, South Sudan but not offering the same to Kashmiris and Palestinians is a big question mark? The very first builder of Hazrat Imam Hussain ibn-e-Ali (A.S) Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi stood against the history’s biggest Tauheen e Risalah in Karbala and kissed martyrdom. To revive Mukhtar’s spirit of sacrificing life for the motherland and raise peaceful voice of protest must be raised against Gustakhan e Rasool (PBUH&HP), Imam Mehdi (A.S), Ahl-e-Bait e Athaar (A.S), pious Sahaba Kibar o Umhaat ul Momineen (R.A). He said this while addressing to a special program aof Youm e Mukhtar e Aal e Muhammad (PBUT). The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Moosavi noted that India is not only oppressing Kashmiris for the last seventy-two years but for the last four centuries while the oppressed Kashmiris instead of getting their right of self-determination, are victims of atrocities by our eternal enemy. Hindu extremists are playing holi with their blood however, brave Kashmiris have kept the flag of resistance waving against Indian aggression.  He said this history stands witness that India forcefully and illegitimately occupied a large part of the state of Jammu Kashmir and staged a drama of conceding the state with India through the fake signatures of Maharaja because if the signatures were legitimate then Nehru would never have taken Kashmir dispute to United Nations and never had agreed to the right of self determination for Kashmiris as on multiple occasions, India promised to hold plebiscite in occupied Kashmir. Later, Nehru despite presence of UN resolutions kept creating hurdles in peaceful settlement of Kashmir dispute and gave false logics to declare Kashmir as integral part of India. Agha Moosavi said that following Israeli strategy, India has been exerting full force to convert Muslim majority of Kashmir into minority. More important is that people from other states are being settled and employed in occupied Kashmir while locals are getting unemployed. India is in fact the biggest terrorist of the region and the chief supervisor of terrorism. He said that the occupied Kashmir valley is consistently under siege and curfew, businesses have shut, food shortage, and educational institutes are converted in garrisons. Occupied Indian army is oppressing innocent Kashmiris hence, the rulers and politicians of Islamic world must adopt a strong stance about Kashmir and Palestine to support Pakistan like China, Turkey, Malysia, and Iran however, Arab League, 39 states alliance and OIC remained unmoved. He stressed that unresolved issues of Kashmir and Palestine is because of divided Muslim rulers therefore, international organizations including United Nations, British and European communities must play their role in this matter. Government of Pakistan must activate Kashmir committee and take all other steps to expose real face of India involved in atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
