Decision taken by the supreme court of Pakistan regarding issue of the extension of COAS is an impartial and just - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, November 29: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that decision taken by the supreme court of Pakistan regarding issue of the extension of COAS is an impartial and just through which judiciary  saved Pakistan from "self-created crisis". Rulers and politicians, instead of blaming and letting down each other, should establish appropriate constitutional policies so proactive planning could be made to prevent other crisis. These thoughts were expressed by him while addressing to the Central cabinet of TNFJ emergency session called on Thursday 28^th of November. Aqa e Moosavi emphasized that ruler and politicians must understand that our enemy does not spear even a single chance to harm us and very much ready to seek any such opportunities where the honor of our beloved homeland could be perished.

Our homeland is engulfed by the enemies of Islam and Pakistan from all dimensions, thus it is obligatory upon every patriotic citizen to protect the dignity of our principle departments; judiciary, legislature and executive so that all the domestic and foreign conspiracies could be failed. He said that by implementing the ture spirit of rule of law, Pakistan can obtain prosperous and dignified value in the whole world. Quaid e Milat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that in the entire universe Quran is the only divine constitution which is transcendent to any kind of amendment and an open declaration of the divine law. It is clearly written in Quran, "and We have sent down this message (Quran), and surely we will guard it". He said that the constitutional law of all the countries always have some flaws, and that is the reason legislature in every government play it's vital role to either end those laws or mend them in accordance with contemporary needs. Thus to secure constitutional departments from any crisis, cases are directed to Judiciary, and the decisions of Judiciary are respected and considered as most high. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that prime source of the law of Allah is the glorious personality of the Holy Prophet (saww) then his descendents and the pious companions became the custodians of divine law. Aqa e Moosavi said that Pakistan got independence in the name of Islam, whose foundation is Justice, by subjugating to the law and justice, peace and prosperity can be achieved.
