The prime minister of Pakistan should take immediate notice
and solve difficulties faced by Zaireen who are visiting Karbala
on Arbaeen
- Hamid Moosavi ISLAMABAD, October 8: The patron in chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board, Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while expressing his concern over the difficulties faced by the Zaireen of Karbala who are visiting Iraq on the occasion of Chehlum Shuhda e Karbala demanded from the Prime Minister of Pakistan to take serious notice of unnecessary hurdles created by ziarat mafia for Zaireen . The ministry of religious affairs should probe into the difficulties faced by zaireen and should remove the banned groups from the committees set by the last government and carry out all Zayarat process on the government level, Giving responsibility of Zaireen’s matter in the hand of the banned group goes against the principles of the national action plan. He said that it is a matter of great concern over the bias treatment of Iraqi government to the Pakistani Zaireen for the issuance of Iraqi Visa. The government of Pakistan and the Maraje Uzaam residing in Iraq should play their role in this regard. Suggestions made in the letter written by the TNFJ to the ministry of foreign affairs in regards to the difficulties faced by Zaireen must be enforced immediately. He expressed his views while addressing to the Zaireen who were visiting the headquarters of Maktabe Tasheyyo on the occasion of the Warood e Masood of Imam Musa e Kazim (AS). On this occasion he announced the observation of Ashrae Aseerane Karbala from 8 to 17 Safar. Aqae Moosavi reminded that the pious personalities of Islam and their shrines are signs of Almighty Allah, Imam Hussain (AS) belongs to Allah therefore He (AS) belongs to all. He said that Just like from all over the world, hundreds of thousands of Zaireen from Pakistan who belong to poor and middle classes and who cannot afford the expenses of Hajj and Umra feel privilege to go to the Zayarat of Imam Hussain (AS) they are those who cannot afford travelling by aeroplane and opt the travelling by road. These zaireen have only option which is via Qetta Taftan into Iran and Iraq. He said that on the name of Zayarat, Zaireen are being robbed by mafia who have created unnecessary travel difficulties and there is no one who can question their illegal activities. He said that just like last year the bias treatment of the Iraqi government with the Zaireen of Pakistan is a cause of concern, the whole world knows that Pakistan always helped Iraq therefore it is the duty of Iraqi Government to give honour and respect to the Pakistani Zaireen. The government should not make same mistakes like previous governments and must not create political association with the banned groups. It should prefer national interest over personal and political affairs and resolve this matter on the government level. |
