ISLAMABAD, September 22: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the attacks on Saudi Oil refineries were executed by none other but America. OIC was founded to resolve problems faced by the Muslim world therefore, a meeting of OIC must be summoned to diffuse tension among Muslim countries. Putting Pakistan into the lap of anyone else for some monetary benefits is an insult to Pakistan and its nationals. Pakistani rulers must not become a party in the internal conflicts of Muslim countries. They must learn diplomacy from Modi who maintains healthy relations with Iran while also receives awards from Saudi Arabia and UAE. Only Turkey, China and Iran have supported Pakistan in the Kashmir dispute, why didn’t Prime Minister of Pakistan visit these countries? Human rights violations against the Hindu community of Ghotki is an act of Modi’s agents. Responding to the call of the Holy Prophet’s grandson Imam Hussain (A.S), even non-Muslims sacrificed themselves in Karbala which provided eternity to Islam’s message of peace. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi noted that it is an open secret that the chief of evils America is the biggest enemy of Muslims. Why doesn’t the hypocrite America dispatching soldiers to Saudi Arabia under the garb of attacks on Oil refineries take steps to stop atrocities against human beings in Kashmir, Palestine, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Bahrain, and Rohingya? Unless Muslims rulers do not opt to resolve their internal conflicts by themselves, stop interfering in each other’s country, the problems of Muslim Ummah will remain unresolved and bloodshed will continue. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that India is taking benefits from America, maintaining relations with Russia and China while our rulers always became party which inflicted harm to Pakistan and made new enemies for the motherland. Why did the Prime Minister forgot that Pakistan’s Parliament has already approved a resolution which declared that Pakistan will stay neutral in Saudi-Yemen dispute. Arabs have been acting like a scared cat in the matter of Modi’s attack on Pakistan jugular vein Kashmir while in this grave situation, UAE rewarded Indian PM with the highest award and rubbed salt on the wounds of Kashmiris. Prime Minister is claiming that his policy is right, he must tell the nation which of his policy has succeeded? Have the problems of Kashmir and Palestine resolved according to the UN resolutions? What achievements have been made by Pakistan’s foreign policy? He stressed that accepting mediation on Kashmir dispute would be like throwing the Kashmiris into further atrocities and oppression. They must see the results of mediation on Palestine where even Al-Quds became the capital of Israel, Occupation of Golan Heights strengthened while the next step is to engulf the valley of Jordan to move on with the campaign of Greater Israel.

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Islam declared laws and rights for minorities while other religions enforced restrictions on the minorities. Islam allows the minorities to spend their lives according to their faith and ideologies and only stops from negating Islamic teachings. Muslim governments always protected the rights of non-Muslims and that is the reason that minorities always remain satisfied under Muslim rulers. Pakistan was founded on the basis of two-nation theory however, in the struggle of founding an Islamic state, minorities also contributed significantly. Islam has always instructed to adopt good behavior and justice towards minorities. Surah e Maida of the holy Quran clearly states that do not abandon justice due to enmity towards any nation rather keep justice as it is closer to Taqwa. The holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) said that whoever oppresses a non-Muslim, violate his rights, or overloaded him, I will stand as an advocate for that non-Muslim against that Muslim in the court of Almighty Allah. That is why protecting the lives, belongings, and property of Non-Muslims is the duty of Islamic state. The incident of Ghotki is an attempt to deviate attention from atrocities in Kashmir. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Surah e Noor of the holy Quran declares Hijab as mandatory for Muslim women. The lady of heavens Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A) one asked that who is the best woman? She replied that whoever does not see a Gher Mehram (stranger) while the strangers did not see her. Hence, U-turn on Hijab is against the rulings of a Medni state. Therefore, when we use the name of Medina then we must be willing to act on Maroofaat and avoid Munkiraat.
