Corruption, terrorism and economic misery are affecting the blessings of freedom - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, August 15: The Patron-in-Chief of the Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that our perpetual enemy India as well as corruption, terrorism and economic misery are affecting the blessings of freedom. Muslims will have to save the stronghold of the world for which every honourable Pakistani has to perform his duty. The agreement between Israel and the Arab countries is not surprising as the century old deal is coming forth; the only change is that the United States has replaced the United Kingdom in this deal. Those who are turning a blind eye towards oppressed people of Palestine would be in a loss. All we have is courtesy Pakistan. External conspiracies, proxy wars, bureaucracy, vadera-shahi, and martial law attacks have bloodied the country. These views were expressed by him while addressing the office-bearers of Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-e-Jafaria Islamabad on the occasion of Eid-e-Mobahila and Independence Day celebrations.

            Agha Moosavi said the best foreign and domestic policy, economic stability and wealth of education can only turn the dream of Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal into reality. The girl who was martyred in the Brewery Quetta blast has reminded the tales of the 73-year-old migration. The blood of the innocent girl demands action against the proscribed organisation working under different names. The anti-terrorism amendment bill, he added, will be effective only when it is implemented in letter and spirit. He said the proscribed organisations are not only allies with the government and the opposition rather they are included in the Pakistan Ideology Council as ‘national representatives’ which is tantamount to national tragedy. He said the politicians should bring coherence in their words and deeds. He said victories like Mobahila are waiting for Pakistan. The Eid-e-Mobahila will always be remembered as the day of greatness of Panjtan Pak, great victory of Islam over Christianity, defeat of liars and success of the Sadeqeen, he added.

            The TNFJ chief said that after the demise of the Quaid, self-interest politicians penetrated into the corridors of powers and those vaderas and Unionists who did not spend anything on the motherlands turned the whole country into their Jagir. As a result, he added, the objective of creation of Pakistan started vanishing, the ideology went backwards and the achievement of self-interest became their goal. He said imposition of martial laws created the sense of deprivation in people. He said our perpetual enemy India, which used to impose wars on Pakistan, is also pursuing to take away rest of Pakistan after converting East Pakistan into Bangladesh as a result of RAW conspiracies. He said along with the United States and its allies, India also played a key role in fostering terrorism, as a result of which Pakistan has sacrificed 70,000 lives and suffered billions of dollars in losses. H said the only way to end terrorism is to implement the National Action Plan in letter and spirit for which the politicians and rulers will have to offer sacrifice and prioritize the interests of religion and homeland.

            Agha Moosavi said that the event of Mobahila which took place on 24 Zil Hijj, 9 AH shows that Islam did not spread through coercion or sword but through the great role of celebrities of Islam. He said the victory of Islam over Christianity without shedding a drop of blood has been termed as Eid. The event of Mobahila, he added, is a great monument to the victory of Islam. It is also a mirror of the spirituality and majesty of Panjtan Pak and it dominates the materiality of spirituality.

            The Quaid-i-Millat Jafaria Agha Mousavi said that today when the satanic forces are trying to link Islam with terrorism and oppression at the behest of the media, the signs of peace and humanity of Islam such as Mobahila and the Medina Peace Treaty need to be highlighted.
