Evil is trying to create sectarianism among Muslims; Muslim Ummah must follow the Hussaini spirit to thwart their conspiracies - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, August 30: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the undercover agents of Zionism and evil are trying to create sectarianism among Muslims. Muslim Ummah must follow the Hussaini spirit to thwart their conspiracies. He said that the great sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S) was aimed at glorifying religion and Shariat e Muhammadi, and elevating the dignity of the humankind whose example cannot be found in the history. Azadari is the lyceum of freedom and liberty. Government must facilitate to commemorate Imam Hussain (A.S) to the maximum possible extent. Despite passing through the tyranny and oppression of several centuries, Hussainiyat could not be obliterated from the hearts of those oppressed in the world. Rising slogans of freedom chanted in the Azadari processions of Occupied Kashmir have left the occupiers with sleepless nights. The secret of liberating Palestine, Kashmir and getting the Islamic world rid of the colonial powers lies in Hussainiyat. He said this in his message issued for the Ashura Muharram 1442 that is being commemorated on 30^th August in Pakistan and the rest of the world to offer tributes and express homage to the martyrs of Karbala with complete religious respect and dignity.

Agha Moosavi noted that Muharram is the most pious month in which riot and killings are forbidden. Fourteen hundred years ago, the honor, chastity and sanctity of Muharram was trampled by martyring the beloved grandson of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) and the son of Ali (A.S) and Batool (S.A), Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) and his family members with cruelty and barbarism in the barren and hot desert of Karbala. The Quran described this great martyrdom and great sacrifice under فدیناہ بذبح عظیم. The history of mankind is not capable of present any example of the sacrifice of the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.). He laid the foundation of Islamic thoughts and gave rise to high Islamic values. He sorted out the darkness on the path of humanity with the guiding light. He gave the glad tidings to the seekers of truth and those who walk on the path of truth that guidance is about to rise on the horizon of their hearts. He cooperated and was truly helpful to Godly religion. He defeated the oppression and brutality by fighting the rioting elements so as to disseminate and consolidate the universal message of his forefather Khatam-un-Nabiyyin (SAAW) and preached the excellent lesson to the world of humanity by laying the foundation of the school of justice. Agha Moosavi said that the purpose was to save the misguided and oppressors from the torment of error, to call them to the straight path and to exalt the authority of Allah by performing the duty of enjoining the good and forbidding from the evil. Imam Hussain (A.S.) has said that I did not come for oppression or mischief. Ibn Abi Al-Hadid says that Hazrat Hussain Ibn-e-Ali (A.S.) was a man who did not allow humiliation to come near him and preferred martyrdom over a life of humiliation. He and his companions were offered peace but he did not accept it. That is why, despite the passage of centuries, his love enshrines in the hearts of freedom-loving people the world over including Kashmir and Palestine and his qualities and miracles are rife in all and sundry. Mentioning the greatness of Imam Hussain (A.S), Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the Ayah-e-Tatheer stands witness to the devotion of Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and on the Ismat-o-Taharat of Ahle Bait (A.S.). It is narrated by Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha (R.A.) that the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) put the Chadar-e-Yamani on Ali (A.S.), Fatima (S.A.), Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) and said: “O, Lord, these are my Ahle Bait (A.S.), so keep away from them all kinds of impurity and keep them as pure as it is right to keep them pure.” Similarly, the Ayat-e-Mubahila is a witness to the virtue of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.). The holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) said that Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) are the Sardars of the Jawanan-e-Jannat (Tabaqat Ibn Sa'ad). The Holy Prophet (SAAW) also said that friend of Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) is my and their enemy is my enemy (Tabaqat Ibn Sa'ad). The Holy Prophet (SAAW) many times foretold the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (A.S.). Anas ibn Haris states that he had heard from the Hazoor (SAAW) that definitely his son Hussain (A.S.) will be martyred in an oppressive and barbarian manner at the Iraqi soil, everyone should help him (Madarij-un-Nabwa). Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi further said that the sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S) is not for any one group or school of thought that is why Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all and everyone remembers him. The sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S) demands that Muslims all across the world must unite and thwart the conspiracies of common enemies to prove to the evil powers that no power on earth can divide them.
