The approval of Saudi resolution about protecting sacred religious sites in the UN is an important success of TNFJ  - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, January 28: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the approval of Saudi resolution about protecting sacred religious sites and promote a culture of tolerance during UNGA’s seventy-fifth session and fiftieth meeting is an important success of TNFJ’s international Jannat al Baqi Committee and milestone in its struggle for restoration of holy shrines. If Saudi government is sincere then it must announce to reconstruct holy shrines of the lady of heavens Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A), forefathers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP), Umhat ul Momineen (R.A), Ahl e Bait e Athar (A.S) and Sahaba e Karam (R.A). Kissing the grills of holy Prophet’s shrine or the doorstep of the shrine of his daughter Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A) is desire of every Muslim. Sanction on the pilgrims (Zaireen) must be lifted as a practical evidence of ending the culture of intolerance. If Jannat al Baqi was not demolished a century ago upon the instigation of British colonialism, then no one had ever dared to ablaze Bait al Muqdas, demolish Babri Masjid, or launch terror attack on Muslim shrines. Reconstruction of demolished shrines of Jannat al Baqi is the desire of every faithful follower of the Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP). Prince Muhammad bin Salman has already confessed that Saudi resources were spent on promoting extremism as per dictation of colonial powers. Peace can only be regained by taking back the directives of extremism and hate. Extremism mostly damaged Islam and Muslims. Saudi rulers must also condemn Takfeeris, eliminate undue restrictions from eastern Saudi Arabia and recall army from Yemen. He said this while addressing to the Majlis e Aza held in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of the symbol of love and faith for the Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) and Ahl-e-Bait (A.S), Hazrat Ummul Banin (S.A) commemorated as Ayyam e Madar e Abbas (A.S).

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi noted that the demolished shrines of the rider of holy Prophet’s shoulders Hazrat Imam Hassan e Mujtaba (A.S), Aaima e Athaar (A.S), Sahaba e Kibar (R.A), and mothers of momineen right in front of holy Prophet’s shrine, have been the signs of grief and mourning. During the last thirty-seven years, Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya knocked at the doors of United Nation and every other institution for human rights protection and peace across the world for the restoration of sacred sites and shrines in Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Mualla, staged peaceful protests in every continent and country, wrote letters to Muslim rulers, sought OIC’s attention, presented the case of Jannat al Baqi in UN and UNESCO’s offices in Paris and New York, woke up the members of media and journalism, gathered Shia and Sunnis at one platform which has resulted in the international conscious started waking up. The assemblies of Pakistan have also passed resolutions for reconstructing the holy shrines of the lady of heavens Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A), Sahaba e Kibar (R.A) and Ahl e Bait e Athaar (A.S) which is a sign that the ice of insensitivity has started melting. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that it is tragic that the grave of ibn-e-Taimiya whose ideologies were used by Aal e Saud to demolish sacred sites in Hijaz after the first world war, his own grave is cemented along with the tombstone even today.

He said that the wave of imposing ones’ beliefs on others has caused irreversible damage to the great heritage of humanity. The reins of extremism were in the hands of colonial powers but the most defamation was caused to Islam. Muslim countries were drenched in blood while Zionists benefited from it. For God’s sake, Muslim rulers must learn form past, heal the wounds of Islamic world, and get united against evil powers as their rule is saved or not, their names will always be alive in history. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Ishq-e-Mustafa takes human beings to glory and Hazrat Ummulbanin (S.A) is an example of this fact whose name is shining like a sun and a moon in the history of women. Hazrat Ummulbanin (A.S) who belonged to Bani Kalaab that is a brave and honorable tribe of Arabs considered it honorable to be called as the servant of the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) and sacrificed all her resources and children for the love of holy Prophet’s family. She left a great treasure of poems and verses in the love of holy Prophet and his Ahl-e-Bait (A.S) which will always keep enlightening the faithful followers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP). She presented such a noble character which is a beacon of light for all those who claim to be the followers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP).
