Pakistan is Amanat of the Quaid e Azam and Allama Iqbal, will not let it to become sectarian state - TNFJ

ISLAMABAD, July 30: The two-day high-level meeting of the Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya held under the presidentship of the Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded here late Wednesday after taking various decisions of national and organisational importance including the oncoming month of Muharramul Haram and approving various resolutions on national and international affairs. The Muharram Policy and Code of Azadari will be announced by Tehreek’s Quaid Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi prior to Muharram Haram.

            According to Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of TNFJ, it was decided in the meeting that they will not allow anyone to turn Pakistan into a sectarian state. He said in a resolution passed on this occasion it was observed that the month of Muharram is approaching fast in which the grandson of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) in the plains of Karbala for the protection and glory of the religion of God. It is the month of commemoration of the eternal sacrifice. He said during the Ayyam-e-Aza spread over from first of Muharram to 8th of Rabiul Awwal and during this period Azadari and Aza-e-Hussaini programmes are continuously organised. Therefore, from the first of Muharram to the 8th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, special arrangements should be made for respecting the days of Azadari in a manner in which the Azadaran and Baniyan of the Azadari programs may be facilitated.

            He reiterated the statement of their Quaid Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi that Azadari of Imam Hussain (A.S.) is the essence of worship on which no restriction of any kind will be accepted rather all the followers of Islam and faith according to tradition, without nay distinction of the basis of their school and creed are benefactors of humanity. Therefore, we will celebrate the memory of Imam Hussain (A.S.) together, he added. On this occasion, mourning ceremonies and processions will be held in full implementation of the Muharram Policy and Code of Azadari to be announced by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the days of mourning.

            The resolution said that the motherland which is considered as a fortress of Islam, is particularly targeted by the global colonial powers and their agents. The US withdrawal from Afghanistan, the emergence of China as an alternative superpower and the partnership with Pakistan in the CPEC project are the factors that worry the global terrorist US and its agents, therefore want to burn Pakistan in the fire of internal strife and terrorism. There are terrorist tragedies in Pakistani cities, there are attacks on Pakistani forces and security agencies, just before Muharram, on the benefactors of humanity, the Ahle Bait (A.S.) and the Holy Prophet (SAAW), whether these are incidents of blasphemy or the attempts of mud-slinging on the holy companions to save the enemies of the religion, all of them seem to be linked to the same conspiracy to destroy peace and order of the motherland.

            The resolution called upon the government to fulfill its responsibilities in this regard and bring the perpetrators of blasphemy to justice. The resolution made it clear to every internal and external enemy that in the past too, the brave and zealous people of Pakistan have thwarted every conspiracy against the motherland through demonstrating their mutual unity and innumerable sacrifices and will continue to do so in future also. The resolution calls on the Muslim Ummah, especially the Muslim rulers to show full support to the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine who have made innumerable sacrifices for freedom due to the state terrorism of India and Israel but dedicated to Hurriyat.

            Another resolution, reiterates the long-standing position of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi that there are parties banned by the government for their involvement in terrorism with the help of their local facilitators and masterminds including infamous Abdul Rehman Salfi. It condemned the government policy that on one hand they instructed not to donate hides to the banned groups or provide any kind of assistance to them while include these same banned groups in their ranks and files to make political alliances with them and post them in state institutions.

            The resolution said that the government measures make it clear that the banned parties operating by deliberately changing their names have been eased, according to a document issued by the Federal Ministry of Home Affairs in the first edition of the National Internal Security Policy 2014-2018. The names of their leaders were also included in it. However, in the next edition, the names of the banned parties were retained but the names of their leaders were removed, which made it easier for these groups to work by changing the names of their parties. The resolution demanded that along with the names of the banned parties, the names of their leaders and the crimes of these parties should also be made public so that they do not hide behind the veil of new names. The resolution said that the lasting peace in the country is not possible unless practical ban is imposed on all those proscribed parties and groups who are working with news names and fed with foreign funding.

            Another resolution said that in the name of implementing a uniform curriculum in Pakistan, a specific curriculum is being tried to be imposed on all the people of the country. Strongly condemning this dictatorial conspiracy, the resolution believed that the Quaid-i-Millat Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has rejected the new curriculum as contradictory to the Quran and Sunnah and the Constitution of Pakistan, while we fully support his position and demand from the government to immediately withdraw the books issued in the name of uniform curriculum and implement the suggestions given by the Shia Center for uniform curriculum.

            A resolution said that the Ghadir-e-Khum Declaration is a historic declaration of the Wilayat of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (A.S.), the Master of the Universe, from the tongue of the Prophet (SAAW). The Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) is an expression of the seal of approval of the belief in the end of prophethood by Allah, the Lord of Glory, and the responsibility of guarding one's religion. Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) is the source of deciding the eternal and eternal supremacy of spirituality over materialism for the living world and the means of conveying the bounties and blessings associated with the chain of truth and righteousness to the world of humanity. Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) is a beacon of light for the saints, shelter of God for the Ummah-e-Muhammadi (SAAW), and gives freedom from the bondage of others. Therefore, the doctrine of Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) is at the top of the five guiding principles of the implementation of Jafaria jurisprudence. The resolution will never compromise on Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) and efforts will continue to promote it.
