The honour of judiciary and army should not be made conditional to the arbitrary decisions - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, April 16: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the honour of judiciary and army should not be made conditional to the arbitrary decisions. Talking of Hussainiyyat does not suit from the tongue of those who removed Karbala events from the curriculum. The new and old rulers should learn from the mistakes of the past, stay away from their immature advisers. Change of attitudes towards national institutions when interests are not met, is the tragedy of Pakistani politics. The politicians before adopting any narrative should ponder over the fact that an enemy is sitting on the borders of Pakistan at all time and it should not be strengthened. If Karbala remains in mind during their rules that no super power could overcome even 72 persons what to talk about of a country. More friends and fewer enemies should be made for the success of the foreign policy as the country cannot afford to become the epicenter for the external wars. This was stated by him while addressing the Majlis-e-Aza held in connection with the Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Mukhtar ibne Abu Ubaidah Saqafi (R.A.).

Agha Moosavi said the Ishq-e-Mustafa (SAAW) does not create fear of losing trade, government and property. There is need of the spirit of Mukhtar (R.A.) for the protection of Shaan-e-Risalat (SAAW). Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi (R.A.) by standing against the worst blasphemy not only sacrificed his power but also his life. The history will remains always proud on the bravery and Ishq-e-Risalat (SAAW) of Hazrat Mukhtar (R.A.) the son of Sahabi-e-Rasool (SAAW) Fateh-e-Iran Hazrat  Hazrat Abu Ubaidah Saqafi.

The TNFJ chief said that it is unfortunate for Pakistani politics that in times of need all politicians involves the army in politics and humiliated the people when their interests were served. When the courts gave judgments under the Law of Necessity even then the same interest-mongering politicians used to come out against the institutions to save their self-interest. As a result of which, he added, country had to suffer most than the institutions so much so that it was divided into two. He said ‘Gaali’ to the outgoing and ‘Taali’ to the incoming attitude is in force for a long time. He said taking a lesson from the wrong decisions of any government and continuing their good decision guarantees strengthened democracy. He said the live nations defend their institutions and take them to the new heights. Trying to make the roots of institutions hollow if their interests are not fulfilled is tragic, he added.

Agha Moosavi said that Mukhtar (R.A.) is that Ghazi-e-Azam who brought thousands of blasphemers to their end. He said Mukhtar (R.A.) is a great person in whose name the Holy Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) wrote a letter; Sher-a-Khuda Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (A.S.) fed Mukhtar (R.A.) in his arms; Sardar-e-Jannah Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) accepted his blessings and remembered him at the time of his Shahadat on Youm-e-Ashoor; Hazrat Imam Zainul Abidin (A.S.) praised him and accepted his gifts. Hazrat Imam Baqir (A.S.) also praised him for his deeds. He further said that Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) laced him with immense prayers. These developments indicate that there is need to adopt the seerat of Mukhtar (R.A.) so as to root out Rushdies at the international level.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that if we are a living nation, if we recognize Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal as our leaders and if desire that dignity and security of Pakistan is upheld and every conspiracy of the enemy fails, then the dignity and sanctity of all institutions, including the judiciary, administration and legislature, which are considered pillars of the state, must be taken into consideration.
