Pakistani politics has become a joke and the people are confronted with difficult situation - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, March 12: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Pakistani politics has become a joke and the people are confronted with difficult situation. The government and the opposition should stop leg-pulling of each other and instead take steps to curb inflation and unemployment. India should not consider Pakistan as Ukraine; violation of Pakistan's airspace is to ignite the spark of nuclear war and international organizations should take notice of it. The so-called champions of human rights, the United Nations and western powers keep hypocritical attitude viz Pakistan. Reaching terrorism to the highest level ever since the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan provides food for though. Karbala is the greatest school of sacrifice and self-sacrifice. The termed used by Shahzada Qasim Ibne Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) in Karbala that death is sweeter than honey is the beacon of light for those who sacrifice their lives in way of Allah. He expressed these views while addressing the Mehfil-e-Milad on the occasion of 'Youm Noosha-e-Karbala' on the concluding day of Hafta Wila-e-Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.)

Agha Moosavi said that on one hand the eternal enemy was trampling the borders while on the other hand, it is creating instability by spreading terrorism in the country. He said security forces in Balochistan are constantly targeted by the enemy while the government has failed to fulfill its responsibilities in the Peshawar tragedy and all attention is diverted towards thwarting the no-confidence motion. He lamented that people are bad affected by inflation and the State should play the role of mother of the nation.

The TNFJ chief said that the international community has always played a partisan role regarding the issues of Muslims regarding Kashmir and Palestine since the United Nations was formed. In Indonesia and Sudan, when non-Muslims demanded independence, a referendum was held, but no one listened to the cries of the oppressed in Kashmir and Palestine. He said that millions of children in Yemen are starving, but the United Nations is turning a blind eye to such developments.

Agha Moosavi said that the hypocrisy of the international community as well as the mutual disagreement left the Muslims nowhere. He said the colonial powers continued to target the Muslim countries one by one and other countries kept watching the spectacle. As a result of which, he added, the Middle Eastern countries which were once a threat to Zionism and colonialism have become ruins and the rest of the Muslim countries are also worried about toppling each other. He said that Muslim rulers should be above caste and regional interests, mutual differences must be eliminated and brotherly relations must be strengthened, and the OIC forum should be used to resolve disputes. If the resources of Muslim countries are spent on Muslim countries instead of sacrificing them to Western economies, then no power can succeed in subjugating Muslims, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Shaban is the month of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and the month of Karbala Waalas who presented exemplary sacrifices to save the Message of Oneness brought by the Holy Prophet (SAAW) for which the every Kalma-reciting person will remained imbibed to these personalities forever.
